The altercation began in the SUV, after Jabbari saw a text message from another woman on Majors' phone, according to testimony from the trial. Jabbari testified that she tried to grab his phone after seeing a message pop up saying, "I wish I was kissing you."She described in court Majors pulling her right hand behind her back while holding the phone in her left.

So she freaked out from jealousy and grabbed his phone, and he tried to wrestle it back from her and fractured her finger in the struggle. Not taking his side, not saying it was right, but it sounds like more of an accident using too much force while fighting to get his phone back than some long history of domestic violence we all assumed.

Anyway less than what these women are describing having done to men, and laughing and bragging about it. If you date crazy bitches they're going to freak out and get physical sometimes. I had one haul off and slap me because didn't like something I said. It wasn't some horrible insult either, just something sarcastic. Another time she got mad about something and shoved my best friend out of the way on the way out the door. Just reverse the genders on that shit and I would have done hard time in prison.

We need to stop normalizing domestic violence against men. The fact that women were beaten at home many years ago (and some are still beaten nowadays) doesn't mean that men should go through the same thing. We need to do better. Now that we have mental health professionals everywhere, there's no excuse for women and men to go through this shit anymore. Revenge is not the solution, there's no such thing as fixing the past.

I'm a little ambivalent about this one. It certainly is true that men put up with too much abuse from women. We've all seen posts from men talking about dealing with their abusive partner, when these men should have left long ago. But, the posts in this OP have a different tone than those posts.

Now, I realize these are the woman's words we're seeing, so maybe if the guy spoke, he might sound like the posts I'm talking about. But going by what these women said, it might be some of these cases are guys who are into female domination, and these women are unwittingly playing to his fantasy. Female domination is becoming more common today, thanks to the demonization of men, and those men who internalize this demonization.

I could be wrong of course, I'm just going by the tone of these comments in the OP.
