As it's transactional in nature I don't see that as simping. Simping is debasing yourself for the possibility of action that might or might not happen, it's putting women on a pedestal and doing things against your best interests. This doesn't qualify by that definition.

Simping isnt wanting or giving a affection my guy, nor is it being nice or respectful. It’s demeaning yourself for approval. I.e: continuing to shower a girl/guy with compliments and gifts despite the fact she/he is genuinely nasty to you and uninterested. (Unless it is an abusive situation)

On the other hand, showering someone with affection who is interested in you and reciprocates those gestures is NOT simping.

You’re just paying for a service, and presumably going to have a nice time.
