Normally we talk about this in the very narrow context of a man making moves on a drunk woman and whether or not she can consent. At this point I don't think there's anyone here whose opinion on that one we don't know. So I want to change it around to a scenario I see quite often but we never discuss here. What are your thoughts if an inebriated girl initiates?All things considered, I can think of more instances IRL where a drunk chick jumped on a guy than I can where a sober guy tried to dick a drunk chick. Specific questions,

  • Does the sober party have an obligation to end the interaction even if the other initiated? How much resistance are they required to put up?

  • What is the maximum acceptable BAC difference for consent to be present? Does that change depending on who initiates?
