When I hear this podcasts like F&F and JustPearlyThings and even Rollo Tomasi the often cited as godfather of Red Pill, the first two try to tell women they should sleep less around and marry early, and with Tomasi if pressured to say something prescriptive he basically even a bit reluctant says the same.
