Depends on the person. Some people view having some sort of sexual activity with someone they aren’t attracted to as not pleasurable. Some people view it as repulsive. It’s an individual feeling.

It depends on the people. They can't be sexually attracted to each other but might decide to use each other as essentially enhanced masturbation, or they might prefer to satisfy their sexual desires completely on their own. The same could apply even if they're into each other's gender, but just not into each other specifically.

I think this hinges mainly on whether there are serious feelings of disgust on either's part towards the other. We tend to talk about attraction and sexual orientation in terms of positive feelings, aka what traits or genders entice you, because in regular life that's more relevant, but in an extremely limited scenario like this it becomes all about whether the idea of sex with that other person revolts you or not.

If I'm not attracted to someone it doesn't change with time. Either I feel it instantly or not. And I cannot separate sex and love. So I wouldn't if I wasn't attracted to him to begin with.

I mean, yes, these things would happen often. A lot of people experiment with their sexuality anyway, so much so that many theorists now believe that sexuality is highly fluid and that it's mostly internalized social pressure and preconceptions that keep us rigidly defeined. And there are real-world analogues to what people with incompatible sexualities will get up to in the face of extreme isolation. Prison is an example for some. But, whether you know it or not, a lot of straight guys got up to stuff when they couldn't get girls in college. A lot more than want to admit it, anyway.

Closeness alone doesn't override sexual orientation. Strong platonic bonds can form under extreme circumstances without becoming sexual. Some individuals might adapt due to isolation, but it isn't inevitable, and you can't assume someone will abandon their orientation simply because they're stranded. Sexual orientation still matters, even when companionship becomes essential.
