I was reading through that dating preference thread and found it to be amusing so I wanted to expand on some ideas.

I find attraction deeply rooted(for me) in the idea of offspring and what they would come out like so I tend to look for partners(physically speaking) who have not only attractive qualities but ones that would suit me.

So for every(Q4A) I would like to ask;

A: do you find partners attractive based on how they look in relation to yourself?

B: if this is true, does this(I believe so) lead to bias for ones own gender because I certainly picture my offspring in my head as a male not that I would prefer one gender I just find it much easier to visualize as those have been my own experiences(obviously.)

In terms of bias an example would be a tall girl not prioritizing height in a male because for instance they didn't enjoy being tall in high school and they dont want their daughter to experience that. Another example might be a bald guy selecting for women with very thick hair.

These qualities are certainly true for me so lets see how weird the rest of PPD is.
