TLDW: Ideas compete with each other to get in our brains. If they trigger more emotions, they get an edge. Those thoughts are like germs so they are shared and replicated over and over again. But there is no much you can share a photo of an egg before you lose interest, but if you are able to take a contentious issue, you can have two sides debating each other to death.

So you can have a subreddit thats whole purpose is to constantly "debate" upon few specific issues to the point of absurdity. I am not pointing fingers here :)

What is more interesting is when the two sides go into their specific echo chambers and since they HATE the other side, the people that generate more anger towards other side are elivated and rewarded in their echo chamber. Thus it is incentivized, that they create an absurd caricature of the other side.

Twox for example went being very suppostive of patenrity tests 10 years ago, to hating paternity tests with all the mental gymnastics they could muster to the point of absurdity. This is not a rant about twox though.

I recently listened to interview of whisper where he outlined how founders of theredpill envisioned the subreddit. They outright banned morality talk in any way. But as redpill got mainstream, those original rules are no longer being adhered to and youtubers are monetizing on rage algorithm, Kevin Samuels was prime example, RIP.

theredpill is pretty much dead, MRP is very niche and not really intersted in wider gender discussions, so there is no subreddit, like OG redpill, where amorality is enforced. So we have echo chambers where it is incentivized to make absurd claims about other party.

The so-called "feminist" subreddits, have become echo chambers to the level of absurdity where they will support Amber Heard till the day they die, or excuse paternity fraud etc etc. Common theme in them is enforced "morality of feminism" and anyone who does not fall in line is enemy and is demonized to level of absurdity
