A man can somewhat compensate for his ugliness by learning game and hitting the gym. It's hard to compensate for his height tho. If you are 5'3" it's borderline hopeless, if you are 5'7" then you have upward mobility.

It's not wrong to want to look good, and if extreme steps like leg extention for increasing ur height or smashing bones is needed, so be it. If wearing lifts is needed so be it. If hair transplant is needed so be it.

I have personally experienced it. How I am treated now that I look good, not just by my partner but every women I meet. Although, there is a certain aspect of game to it as well. But looks do play a part.
