It's true that like all animals, both genders have their own natures and instincts. Before sentience, there was naturally a kind of balance. However. once you apply conscious thought and then moral intuition, you cannot expect these belief systems to value every one of each gender's instincts equally. That just isn't how it works.

Ironically, most if not all of our modern moral belief systems were created by men. What looks like an unfair advantage is just the application of those systems consistently and fairly. In Western Liberalism, it is normal and natural for whomever cares more to be at a disadvantage bargaining. It is naturally moral for a woman's right to not be touched by someone she does not want to touch her to trump any sexual need on the part of a man, no matter how one frames 'need' or 'desire'. The list goes on.
