Simply having a lot of sex in my does not a slut make, having a lot sex and having little other redeeming traits other than you sexuality if you are woman makes you a slut.

It's funny that most women who do have a lot to offer and have great personalities and skills don't seem to sleep around a lot. Most often they are in a commited relationship. (anecdotally)

Most of the women who'd say "well I sleep around and have a lot to offer and have a great personality and skills" are just special snowflakes who don't really have much to offer.

So yeah, while I understand your point about the difference between high quality and low quality women sleeping around...I'd say that most women who sleep around fall into the second category.

I understand that you're trying to shift the preexisting negative focus of the word from a group that you're fine with onto a group that you disapprove of, but that doesn't really make a difference if the majority of people a/ still think of 'slut' as meaning a promiscuous woman and b/ still think of promiscuity as a bad thing for women to engage in.

Personally, I think if you want to try and alleviate stigma around female promiscuity, it would be best not to use 'slut' at all, or stop using it in a negative fashion, since I don't think changing the meaning of an established and commonly used word is that usually that successful.

When you can get pussy whenever you want, i think having standards is inevitable. same for women.

I consider human value as relative and relational. what one person has to offer another individual. no matter how a man thinks he is worth, he is only worth what he offers a woman, based on her needs. if all you can give is cock, then your value is just that of a cock. same with women.

So pretty much if you've got a job that pays a useful amount of money you're not a slut. If you know how to tile a floor you're not a slut. If you can sew a seam, knit a scarf or cook tatertot casserole you're not a slut. If you can drop clothing off at the drycleaners and pick it up again, you're not a slut.

On the other hand if you're a virgin quadraplegic foreveralone, you're probably a slut.

When it comes to sex I think a lot of men (RP included) have low standards. However, for LTR I think men can be just as picky as women when it comes to standards.

I think a lot of RP men didn't have a lot of things going for them therefore were rejected for sex. RP taught them that that women like a man with options and something to bring to the table.

Uuuh, no. Not really. Sluttiness is a label that comes with a certain behavior, not with what you have to offer.

Sluts tend to rely on their sex appeal and let other qualities atrophy, but that doesn't mean that a slut can't offer anything else (or that a woman who doesn't have to offer anything else automatically is a slut).

I view slut as anyone who uses sex to deceive. Having lots of sex does not a slut make. Being deceptive with bad/purely selfish intentions DOES make a slut IMO.
