They can both be drunk without raping each other. They can also take advantage of each other or only one of the other. You need a bit more context.

I've had sex with a few real feminists (whose job is being a feminist, social studies or a feminist lawyer). The first time we had sex was always when we both were drunk. Even though they rally against having sex with drunk chicks they had no problem with having drunk sex themselves. You know why? Context, that's why.

And even though I knew that they call having sex with a drunk chick rape I wasn't even scared of an accusation, because even though they were drunk I took no advantage of them. That's again the context in which it happens.

Would she have sex with you when sober? Not rape. Do you need to fill her up until she can't consent or move anymore? Rape.

Not all drunk sex is rape, but if you see a drunk chick passed out on the couch or one vomiting in the bathroom and instead of thinking that she's too drunk and needs help think that she's a easy target that will probably not remember it the next day then it's rape.

They basically think of rape as something men do to women.

They in your context isn't feminists, but the straw-feminists that TRP manufactured.

I heard feminists complain about fat chicks that take advantage of drunk guys and a big story in my town a few years ago was one desperate fat chick that roofied two guys. It's just not as common as the other way around.

It's just way more common for desperate guys to prey on drunk chicks. If you think this doesn't happen then go to more bars and night clubs. There are always some weirdos that instead of getting turned off by some girl that can't consent anymore will see it as their chance. That's creepy as fuck, but a totally common occurrence.

I've had jobs in the night life and I never had to pull a chick away from a drunk guy, but I've had to beat up a few guys that were trying to take advantage of too drunk chicks. That happens nearly every weekend.

If she's sitting in the corner, because she's too drunk to stand and you walk up to her and force your cock inside her mouth while I'm working as a bouncer you can be sure to get beaten up. If you have to lift her up and exclaim that you will take her anal virginity, well you ain't gonna leave my club without some bruises.

So you 're basically re-defining rape as sex a chick regrets. Cause there's a huge grey area between stone cold sober and passed out drunk. And nobody argues that porking a passed out chick isn't rape, but you 're adding a new dimension, does she regret it afterwards and can she blame the 2 martinis and the dude for the sex she regrets and just call it rape.

Nope, they in his context are feminists. Rape as per feminism, only has female victims. Heck they argue the broader crime of sexual assault only has female victims. A drunk chick grabbing my ass in a bar isn't sexual assault cause reasons. A drunk dude grabbing a chick's ass in a bar is sexual assault, cause feelz. And since the chick never takes the time to go to the police and file charges against the drunk dude, OMG sexual assault is so underreported, let's solve this problem by just convicting anybody ever accused of sexual assault (believe the "victim") to help more women report.

That's why context matters. You can have sex with people that are intoxicated without taking advantage of them. If they would have had sex with you when sober (i.e. not regretting it in the morning) and getting drunk was just a byproduct of having a nice evening then it's no problem. But if you get her drunk in order to lower her inhibitions, because she wouldn't have sex with you otherwise, well that's rape.
