Let's assume you never get any romantic affection. It's possible that will be your fate, as unfortunate as that is.

You still sound like someone who's well-developed and interesting. You work out, you meditate, you journal, you own a business. You are a richer person for all of that, and even if the only person to ever appreciate and benefit from all that is you, it's still worth doing for your sake.

Its going to be hard because women respond emotionally, the things you said are logically good and mainly good for you.

First accept its hard, second accept you're doing some things wrong. Now if you've actually used good pictures then it means you're not good looking enough for online dating. Delete the apps for now.

Second are you in a big city or near one? force yourself to become extroverted and go to activities and social events, network, make friends both men and women (examples such as the dance classes where you have partners). Over time once they feel comfortable around you ask the women out (the ones you're genuinely attracted to) if they say no its fine.

This process will take months but once you get the ball rolling you will be doing something at least once a week with people and will get easier as you'll develop many circles in which you're a cool known guy. Learn how to spike emotions in people, but especially women with your words, mannerisms and how you speak, behave and act in the room but also one on one.

Lukewarm approach - Approaching, flirting with and asking women out who somewhat know of you, ie. friends of friends at a social event. So you're safe and not a weird/creep (like with cold approach). But also you don't risk sabotaging your close friend circle or workplace. As well as "poisoning the well" with all the other women in the group (warm approach).

This is all going to possibly be a painful uncomfortable process but you never know, something good may come out of it. Even if you have autism, hate talking to people or being around them, have social anxiety, shyness .. theres no easy way to do this sorry.

Although I'm having a hard time believing you can't find a girlfriend when you got all of that going for you.

I’m nosy so I peeped your post history. I think you should focus on getting sober first. Addictions of any kind are dealbreakers for a lot of women. Also, idk what kind of business you have, but are you doing okay financially?
