I work with a colleague who is an extreme feminist and loves to drop "mansplaining" as often as humanly possible yet is constantly offering unsolicited explanations or advice. So myself and a few other coworkers call it womansplaining anytime she does it.

She actually tried to file an HR complaint claiming we were being sexist in doing so. The female HR rep knows her pretty well and shut it down saying "well, I can add a note to all their files but remember this works both ways and anyone you've already accused of mansplaining will have grounds to file a complaint against you in return."

On the bright side she was at least smart enough to realize that a good 10 people with one complaint on each of their files would be far less damaging than if her own file had 10 complaints on it.
