You likely found the right place. We will stick up for ourselves, but we won't come out and personally attack you (unless you attack first). Understand that if you write something we find foolish, we will call you out for it.

As to identifying as a misogynist? We don't hate women here, we are against what modern feminism teaches women to become. We do not hate female nature. We nurture the best parts of it and use our will to subvert the worst parts of it.

We aren't subservient or submissive as a whole (individuals may be but it isn't a RPW tenet) we do defer to our husbands and SOs leadership and get out of their way as they do what they need to do.

We don't hate women or anything because of course we are women, but we do recognize female tendencies and imperatives and try to embrace the good ones and eschew the negative ones. We acknowledge that the masculine is attracted to the feminine and therefore we tend towards the feminine.

I highly doubt that. When I first swallowed TRP, not to be confused with RPW (the goals of the two subs are different), I became a misogynist for about 2 months. Trust me when I say this, I honestly don't think you are one.

That said, I read your post, and I think you do belong here. The best thing to do is read the sidebar, read all the links in the sidebar, and then lurk the sub a bit to gain an idea. Read the posts, and read the comments in response to those posts. If you want to question what you believe in, go to /r/purplepilldebate (lurk, don't comment). Look at the different viewpoints. See which you agree with and which you disagree with.

Do this for about a week (at least), and you should be able to make a well-informed decision.

Actually I would say feminists are the real misogynists. They are against the feminine nature, denying that it exists by claiming that "gender is a construct made my society," not something innate or natural. Here at RPW we are about embracing the innate, biological drive that is unique to females as a strength, not a weakness. Feminists see traditionally feminine traits (nurturing, soft, sweet) as weaknesses and tend to idolize masculine traits (dominant, aggressive, strong). Though the try to say women are the better sex, their actions show that they actually prefer to be like men. They are the ones bullying feminine women, trying to shame them into becoming more masculine.

I think that many people who find this sub initially get the feeling that we hate women. Honestly, when I first stumbled upon it, I thought the same way. But that's simply not true. A lot of the information in the sidebar give better insight to the threads on this sub (as well as from TRP) because it gives the "guidelines" that we like to follow.

I personally don't believe that everyone will agree with us, ever. Even if it is in our nature to stick to gender roles. My personal take on RPW is that these guidelines and advice that I have read have made ME personally happy. Do I think everyone has these same definitions of happiness? No. But this is just my personal opinion and what I take away from this sub. Plus, right in the sidebar, we are talking about our own sexual strategy, which is mostly for LTR and building a family. But there are women out there who are career driven and have no interest in building a family as well. Everyone has their own opinions on happiness, and not everyone can notice their own mistakes.

You sound a bit like me. There was a point where I had to objectively consider whether or not I was a misogynist. But, I don't hate women, I just think that a lot of them are taught bad things.

Like you, I have very few female friends, the main reason being that I can't find anything in common with a woman who believes the things our society is teaching now-a-days. Despite that being the vast majority of women, I have met some women who have surprised me. They are decent, kind, and embody feminine traits.

I'm not going to sit here and try to convince you that you shouldn't hate women. "Hate" is an emotion, and I can no more stop you from that than I could make you love sauerkraut. But, I will encourage you sit back and lurk for a while, and see what we're about. Then decide on your own if you hate us too. At least try the sauerkraut before you decide you don't like it.

I'm hoping that some of you on this sub might be able to change my viewpoint on this and renew my faith in the female gender.

Well I can only speak for myself but I am not here to change anyones mind.

I'm looking for a place with like minded women, who don't necessarily agree with feminism, or are at least willing to talk about it without the need for insults towards the other persons character.

Have you read ANYTHING from this sub least of all the sidebar?

Anyway for what its worth RP, very much, wants to understand the nature of men and women and to use this to better your relationships. Male nature can seem alien to women and vice versa and it seems to me you have realised the batshitcraziness of how women operate but the thing is I dont see the benefit in hating either as it would be like hating your cat when it kills mice for you. The best you can do is surround yourself with people that bring value to your life and next the ones who dont and if thats not possible , ie family members or work colleagues, just rise above other peoples shit because to give your attention to people like that means youre on their level. I suggest you read the sidebar and historical posts and concern yourself with you and yours. Dont let shitty people have an effect on you theyre beneath you.

Edit: If youre looking to us to all just agree with you and to berate women and circlejerk then you have come to the wrong place. However, if youre looking to improve yourself and be a better women then this is the place

META: Am I the only one uncomfortable with someone asking us to justify or convince them of RPW and if this is the place for them? I've never gone into an established community and asked them to let me know if I fit in so I don't understand the mindset.
