one thing I have learned after becoming a nurse is: be skeptical. The amount of bullshit you see every day is staggering, and we all have a brain to filter it out and retain the most useful knowledge
Unfortunately, what that egoistical douche offered is equal to the stuff I flushed down the toilet every night. The amount of misinformation in his "dick" post is stupidly high, and people still eat it up? And remember those are hard science which is easy to debunk. Imagine other advice posts that can't be scientific proven. So much for a sub full of people claiming to be "intellectual superior" to betas.
Again: any health-related claim not back by scientific research, not peer-reviewed, and purely anecdotal is 100% BULLSHIT
Btw, no amount of exercise or supplement can make your dick bigger. Deal with it. It is determined from birth.
So instead of wasting time on those stupid 'advice', improve your performance with technique instead. As long as your dick isn't the size of a chili pepper, you will be fine with the right technique.

Do you have scientific research that supports this claim?

not sure if TRP allow link from external source, but there is an article on MayoClinic. And this is a direct quote from it
Companies offer many types of nonsurgical penis-enlargement treatments, and often promote them with serious-looking advertisements that include endorsements from "scientific" researchers. Look closely — you'll see that claims of safety and effectiveness haven't been proved. Marketers rely on testimonials, skewed data and questionable before-and-after photos. Dietary supplements don't require approval by the Food and Drug Administration, so manufacturers don't have to prove safety or effectiveness. None of these procedures has been proved safe or effective.

But where is the peer reviewed scientific paper that states, "A study of 1000 men that adhered to a strict plan of penis enlargement exercises over a period of two years showed no significant change in size"?
The Mayo clinic link is no better than any other site that might post on such an issue as their info on this subject is also purely anecdotal.

interesting, so you discredit an article from one of the highest ranked hospital in the US. Must I remind you that the evidence of proof lies on the side making the claim?
Of all the people who claim that they can make their wiener bigger, I would love to see a scientific research to back it up
[–]Kreskin 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago* (2 children) | Copy Link
That's just it; it's only an article. It is basically, "We haven't really looked into it. Buyer beware." People have done it and say it works which is more proof than "we don't think it does".
The point is that you said, "Don't believe anything without scientific research backing it" and then immediately said, "It 100% does not work" when there is no research either way.

Mayoclinic? come on, man.
basic anatomy here.. in your penis are striated muscles, cavernosum and spongiosum. When muscles are exposed to excess stimulus, the muscles adapt. We have an overwhelming body of evidence to explain muscular development in response to resistance stimuli. Its not a completely nonsense theory, if we're calling it a theory.
[–]yukinara 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
a scientific theory is something that is proven to work by repeating experiment. Now give me one credible research proving that practice works on making penis bigger.

While I'm not particularly invested in the issue, here is one. the length gains are not particularly impressive, but they also talk about significantly correcting curvatures. These therapies, I learned, can be used after pubic radiation/hormonal cancer therapies which significantly reduces penile size and function. Some studies note statistically favorable improvements on ED, and one explores medications used concurrently with penile traction devices. Interesting stuff.

Can you provide any sources that prove that exercises such as jelqing don't work? AFAIK there has never been any sort of research on the topic. You can say that the person that makes the claim must provide sources but there has hardly been any scientific research on the matter. At the very least there is some anecdotal evidence that it does work and none that proves that it doesn't.
[–]yukinara 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

so if you rely on anecdotal evidence to believe in something, I would just give you anecdotal evidence saying otherwise.
Jelquing doesn't work, there, I say it based on my experience. If you don't require scientific evidence to back up that claim, why does mine need anything to back it up when the burden of proof lies on the one who makes the claim?

Which was the gist of this entire thread. "Do your own research". There is NO scientific evidence to support whether it works or not. If you're worried about your dick give it a try; if not then there's no point in denying vehemently denying it since it does seem to work for some.
[–]yukinara -1 points0 points1 point 10 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
I think you misunderstood the main point of a debate/argument
Let's say you make a claim A and want me to believe it, then you are the one to provide concrete evidence to prove it. It is not my job to give evidence to disprove you. Hence, the burden of proof lies on the one making the claim.
Back to this thread. The original claim is that: you can lengthen your penis by doing this, this, and this. As another person pointed out, all of those practices are either harmful, or pseudoscience/broscience, or anecdotal (which is not a valid form of evidence)
Just like you said
There is NO scientific evidence to support whether it works or not.
If there is no scientific evidence to support that it works, it's enough to disprove it. There is no need to find evidence to support that it doesn't work because that's not how a scientific debate works (that's the whole point of Atheism vs Religion debate, but that's another topic). More over
If you're worried about your dick give it a try
This is where my concern lies. Some of these practices are neither proven or recommended by medical practitioners, ie nurse, doctors, etc. They can be harmful to your health because altering a part of your body without anything to prove that practice would work in long term. Until now, all of these 'evidence' on the internet is purely anecdotal. Again, anecdotal evidence is worthless because there is nothing to back it up.
btw, listen to anecdotal evidence doesn't count as "do your own research"
Long story short: if the other dude wants to spout his nonsense about dick lengthening, he better has some credible source to back it up, and so far, he has none. You need to take severity of the outcomes into the equation. Let's say if you told me that meditation before going to a club will increase my chance to picking up girls. I don't bother to argue with it, I may even try it, because that practice alone is harmless. But if you told me "hey, try this device, I heard some dude on the internet saying that it could pull our dick out and make it longer", then I would strongly question it until there is concrete proof that it works, because I would end up with a broken dick.

You're questioning Mayo Clinic? Seriously?
[–]StoicRN 3 points4 points5 points 10 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
Its not exactly exhaustive, or specialized. its a great general source at the consumer level.. As other posters and I have shown there are clinical trials out there indicating successes, contrary to what mayo clinic is saying in this example. Also, mayo clinic attempts to shame by saying the therapies are not supported by FDA and not medically safe, yet plaster their own site with disclaimers keeping them from lawsuits when people get injured or die from their advice that is optimized for laymen searches. However, they also don't appear to be considering the manual exercises, and only focusing on the supplement side.
These things are really difficult, and only getting more challenging as we go into the future. Very few of us can honestly say were experts on research, so we need to be careful with our pride in this world of misinformation. Its a good discussion going on here. Like ive said im not personally invested in defending this stuff, just think it's totally plausible. If we can disc lips and elongate necks with rings, straighten teeth with braces over time, correct and slow orthopedic deformities with braces and devices over time, I don't see whats so far fetched. See ya guys..
just an example to be found. http://www.josephfclark.com/blog/?p=1143 Interesting series of comments at the bottom of his blog as well.

While I'm inclined to believe that "no amount of exercise or supplement can make your dick bigger", I'm 99% sure there are surgeries that do. And that is beside the one where they inject some silicon into key points. If people can undergo gender assignment surgeries, and with current biotech, I find it hard to believe something like this doesn't exist.

There are free forums devoted to the subject of exercises working to increase size. It's anecdotal but AFAIK there have been no studies from either side to show whether or not it works.
Pumping is proven to temporarily increase size. That doesn't mean that changes won't be permanent if done for a long enough period of time. Again, I don't think there are any studies that have been done long term.

yea, not everyone is as insecure about their dick size as you.
I am not going to spend hours every week to try to make it bigger so that girls will want to fuck me more. It's all ready adequate and if your penis size is a deal breaker for girls fucking you, then you probably have other areas of your life you need to prioritize.
shit like this will never become mainstream. not everyone is like you.
edit: oh god. I am talking about his claim that it will become mainstream people. agreeing that penis extending will become mainstream is like saying that mustangs will become mainstream when really only people that feel the need to overcompensate feel the need to buy that kind of car while people that dont need to overcompensate view them as impractical and unnecessary.

It is to a certain extent.
but I do it because it doesnt take 1 hour each day to do as well as tons of money, as OP's method claims to require.
Besides, if she is seeing my dick, then I am already going to be getting my nut and if your dick size is a deal breaker at that point in the game, then you have other things you need to work on.
but your analogy is kind of flawed. to work, you would have to assume that no one is already secure in their level if fitness and ability to attract women before considering lifting.
btw, no need to be so snarky with your comment bro.
The OP's claims take no money if you're just doing the exercises; only time.
The supplements for enlargement are dicey I admit. But it's pretty well accepted in body building circles that L-arginine will give you a fuller flaccid, pineapple/bromeine (sp?) will make your cum taste better, niacin will help with blood flow, etc.

That's complete bullshit. There's a ton of stuff which just hasn't been researched yet - that doesn't mean it doesn't work. Meditation has been around for hundreds of years and wasn't backed by research until recently.
Also that's not true at all. Your dick size is not determined from birth. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/6406387

Steve Jobs isn't relevant. No one's saying skip chemo to go on a fruit diet - that's retarded - but its entirely possible that a supplement could make your dick harder. This hasn't been studied yet, and its relatively safe to give a shot.
I would not try penis lengthening for that exact reason you said but I don't mind having someone else share their anecdotal experience. If someone wants to give it a shot, that's their prerogative.

but its entirely possible that a supplement could make your dick harder. This hasn't been studied yet, and its relatively safe to give a shot.
I think you misinterpreted what the NCBI article said. It is not a supplement as in the kind of supplement we know, ie: stuffs that people take and believe to have an effect on their body, vitamins and other herbal shits. This is a treatment aimed toward isolated growth hormone deficiency. Treatment =/= supplement
But let's not focus on semantics for now.
The whole point of that treatment is so help prepubertal boys with a deficiency in certain growth hormone to help them get back to normal. It means the level of hormone in their body is low to begin with. The treatment is to bring it up, and as a result, see marked improvement in growth.
Prior to hGH treatment, 13 of the 15 prepubertal boys had a penis length below the normal mean, 3 of which were more than 2 SDS below the mean
This means the patients have much smaller penises than average because their body lacks the hormone to make it to normal size. What normal people seek in penis enlargement is a bigger dong than average which is not the aim of this treatment. When our body lack growth hormone during that period, we need some extra from the outside to get our system a kick start to growth. With normal hormone input, we will growth to normal size. Having extra won't help. So it's not that genetic won't allow them, it's the deficiency. And once the treatment fix that, they will be back to normal.
So don't read this article and think "Aha, I found the way to increase my dong's size, time to make banks from penis enlargement". You give the same treatment to normal people, you will see disappointment instead of improvement.

I don't think my post was clear - I posted that study in reference to 'dick size is determined by birth', while the other statement was referring to l-arginine and supplements that Clint_Redwood was talking about.
But thanks for the explanation anyway, that all makes sense. This is a study I found years ago and I have been under the wrong impression that HGH would grow penis size before puberty since I found it, so that's good to have that corrected.
[–]yukinara 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
that's the beauty of scientific dissection. We get a piece of information and decide what to do with it. Information is just it, words and papers. The years of studying medicine has made me more critical and skeptical toward any piece of information presented. Of course I won't jump in everything for the sake of argument. If someone told me meditation helps clear our mind, improve memory, I will be whatever. But if someone told me that water can cure cancer, I would make a WTF face instead.
It all depends on the severity of the outcome when a piece of information or misinformation is transmitted.
[–]1PantsonFire1234 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
There's some truth sprinkled in there just like stretching can make you taller or facial exercises can improve your face.
But the bottom line is that you can't change genetic reality drastically. You can cloud it, improve it for a short time and possibly improve slightly but that's it.
Actually lifting follows these same laws. Your muscles will fade over time if you stop working on it and if you have the genetics that constitutes a lack of muscles- they will fade faster.
Men fight an eternal battle with reality until we die. It's just that trying to live without breathing only works for close to a minute and trying to be ripped without lifting works for a couple of months.

I've been obsessed with penis enlargement exercises. No weird shit, just safe light manual stretching. It does work but requires a lot of discipline. Most guys lack the dicipline it rquires to add 3 inches to your dick. My first inch was the easiest and only took 5 months. Its one of my favorite hobbies. A big dick isnt everything, but lets be real chicks love it. If anyone has any questions just ask. I can talk about this shit all day. Also PE is slowly becoming more main stream. .
Also the best part is that you never lose gains. Once you gain length you have it forever.

The problem with "do your research" is confirmation bias and unreliable sources. Who says any source is reliable these days on the Internet? But who says they aren't???
"Check legit sites like webMD" someone says. But someone else says "webMD is shit, never look there". I you check it and find that they say something like "claims for L-arginine" treatments for impotence are premature and not enough studies have been done". So you say hmmmm.
Then you head over to mercola or natural news and they tell you how it's common knowledge that Arginine helps ED. But then someone here on TRP says "lol mercola is shit mate"....
You're always left right where you started. A never ending circle. You never know who to trust or if there is any legitimate source out there. And then confirmation bias. If I wanted to link to 10 articles that say Arginine is brilliant for ED, I'll find them. I can also find 10 that day it doesn't work. So which do I feel like posting when it gets brought up?? Whichever side of the argument I feel like...
The only thing I can know for sure is what I try. But even then there's placebo effect, dietary changes or sleep problems can skew results, stress, undersized or overdosed supplements that I can't measure myself, unreliable product reviews, paid reviews....
The Internet kinda sucks for research of this nature lol. And yet I'm always here searching for things exactly like this. Now if I want to check sports scores or watch instructions on how to make tuna casserole, well that I can do for a fact.
[–][deleted] 5 points6 points7 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I think what you're looking for is called primary research. Read up on actual studies on pubmed or talk to healthcare professionals. Do not just try things on yourself. A lot of the things you see over the counter in pharmacies are not fda approved to get you any results for anything. I'd stay away unless those supplements were my absolute only option and for something that I needed and not just something I wanted like "sweeter tasting cum" like the original post referred to.
[–]ClericJohnPreston 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
You kind of missed the point mate. What you just said sort of proves the point I was making however. There will be some who say "fuck pub med lol, it's all skewed data from drug companies and the government. Of course they don't want you using Arginine for your boners. they want you using ED drugs."
And then you'll say "don't listen to those guys they're conspiritards and don't know what they're saying". Primary research schmimary smeesmirch. I get what you're saying. But why should I trust you, or OP, or pubmed or mercola?
How about I go get some arginine and check my boner status? I'll try a little and see if I like it. If it doesn't work then I'll stop caring about it. Maybe that's not my physiological problem. But maybe it whipped OP's dong right into shape. Who am I to tell him it won't work? Who is he to tell me it will.
I will agree with you that some things are simply just "known" or common sense things. Like don't drink bleach. Don't stare at the sun. And I'm sure that pubmed would agree with me on that. And so would mercola....
Also as someone else mentioned, there won't be data on pubmed about jelquing lol. No "studies done" as primary research. And no one is going to go to their doctor and ask about dick chamber pressures and safe stretching tension limits or hanging devices or "should I warm up for 10 minutes or 20 minutes before I yank on my cock doc?"
It ain't going to get done. You just gotta try the shit. Use common sense I guess. I've been kicked in the dick so hard I threw up and swole up. I don't think some safe light tugging on it is going to make it fall off. But dangling a 50 pound weight off of it...? That's not what I'll be trying thank you. If some other guy did it without yanking his off, kudos.

Right on the money. TRP teaches us to improve our minds and our bodies so that we can turn back the dial and regain our masculinity. Physical fitness is a life-long endeavor, and it gets harder as we age. Education is also a life long endeavor. We must never stop researching and learning.
Clint's posts are loaded that is for certain. I do believe that he in fact is pointing out that the Blue Pill we all here are trying to escape, lurks below the skin level very close to our hearts and souls. And how easily this blue pill can be called up and usurp our frame.
We keep coming back, back, back to this subreddit because we are depressed in some fashion, and that is the blue pill lurking under the surface. Unfortunately, the blue pill manifested into who we were at a very young, impressionable age. Blame society? Blame feminism? No, we have to own our shit.
I was just walking down the hall working my mildly secure corporate job, thinking about Clint, his post, and his manipulative, vague style, so intentionally set up that way. Is Machiavelli at play? Of course he is.
And the old hint of blue swirled near my soul and I became afraid, and I worried. So yes, it's right there gents, lurking, hiding out.
The honest truth is that red pill is hard, so very, very hard to manifest, day in and day out, because our belief system and psychological upbringing provided us with an inner weakness, and we have this in us now. The Red Pill provides tools and information to fight this, but the lurker remains.
Kill the lurker of blue.

No, you should use sir wankalot hydrogen peroxide to keep your dick clean. Send me $100 for a 1 litre supply of this magical H2O2 ☺

Unfortunately I never read the rest of his posts after the squirting nonsense started. But it is a hard lesson to be learned, that anyone can be suckered. He also has proven that frame and reframing an argument or point is highly effective. Here is the basis of his experiment.
The reality is, I’ve been fucking around with you guys for a couple months now. Testing out different styles of writing, posting topics I know will be extremely controversial like ”Dick Health”, noticing correlations in the readers and how well a post is received. Testing which is more effective? Really detailed posts, really vague posts, post with arbitrary statistics like they teach in mass marketing, throwing in wordplay like GLO posts, making factual and cited posts like "Don't Listen To The Police" or "Understanding Women's Three brains", posts with twists and turns and everything in between that I can think of. My personal favorite of these tests would be ”The Golden Rule” were I radically changed my writing style. Go reread it if you want. Pay attention to how radically different that posts style is compared to my others.
No one is immune to being suckered. I remember the first time I saw Billy Graham live, he was already past his prime, I knew he was full of shit, but you could feel the magenetism of the man.
Around the same time, I was forturenate enough to have dinner with a man who had a small church but later went on to expand it into 200+ countries. Basically for the entire dinner he gave a monologue, but it did not feel like a monologue. As in despite talking for 95% of the time, you still felt involved. Coincidentally that is how many people described Hitler.
I have a well-developed bullshit detector but also suffer from my own version of the Cassandra Syndrome. You get it with religious, business and self-help gurus where they are going on and you know it's bullshit but you cannot convince anyone around you that it is bullshit because they are all sold on it.

The teacher said to the pupil: "think for yourself, my son."
And then we saw The Paradox of the Independent Thinker:
If the pupil doesn't do like the teacher says, then he pretty obviously doesn't think for himself.
But if the pupil actually does like the teacher says, then he pretty obviously doesn't think for himself too!
Moral: be the school owner.

Make a girl squirt.
Feel it, smell it, taste it if you want. Research done.

Radicals drive movements.
In any human group - and I do mean any group - those that most fervently agree or believe in the group control where the group goes ideologically. The job of moderates (and moderates by definition are the middle majority) is either to accept or reject the direction the radical fringe wants to go. Accept, the direction is set; reject, and the radicals need to go back and start in a new direction.
/u/Meristry, you give a good example here of the latter.
This sub isn't a movement. This sub ideally is nothing more (or less) than a praxeological collation of lived experience by men who seek to better understand and enjoy women. That's in the sidebar, using other words.
So when clint redwood states in his post that the redpill is a "subreddit designed to find and draw correlations in human behavior. Specifically women’s behavior so that we can use that knowledge to better ourselves." you know he's going beyond what the sub was started for. He's a true believer, a guy who ironically believes enough in The Red Pill as a thing even as he 'councils' guys on 'human mental frailty' that he's forgotten that this sub is not a fount of knowledge. It's a platform, an open source tool with no cost to entry which means men the world over can come and converse.
Stuff like this is why I think the Endorsed Contributor tag et al might be the worst idea to come out of here. I know there's always a power differential between Mods and Users just based on the logistics of running a >100K strong sub, and as an aside I think by and large the mod team have done alright - but the EC tags are basically karma magnets instead of earning likes on content alone, and I doubt clint would have posted everything he did without knowledge that he'd be listened to because he's got flair.
Which isn't to say that he has nothing worthwhile to bring. Far from it, I wholeheartedly agree with him when he says, "you can learn something from everyone". But that is even more reason to undo the flair system and strive for communication above hierarchy.
If not, then this sub really does risk sinking into a true echo chamber, which would defeat the point for which it was first founded.

Another issue is the idea that Red Pill can be reduced to something as simple as an emotion.
I've seen guys say things like:
"Yeah I was being a real beta, but then I got really pissed off and turned Alpha ."
It's a mistake based on a limited understanding of how the self improvement process that takes you towards a masculine mental polarity actually works.
Misinformation and Disinformation are two separate things.
Misinformation is like making a copying error... you tried to get it right, but made an error in comprehension.
Disinformation is when you test others to see who is the sucker.
Apparently there were many who gobbled up some mythological ideas without examining them clearly. (the referenced OP)
I recently had a guy accuse me of referring to things he felt weren't a "credible source". That's a full Blue Pill emotional indoctrination argument. One decides if something is good information by actually studying it.
Very often the Red Pill has been twisted by the media and painted as entirely different than it is... and these people who distort the truth proclaim themselves as "credible sources" which you know is crap because there is a huge difference between what they write and what is truth.
Read original sources... think for yourself... do not let emotions redirect you from solid information. Anticipate that most "credible sources" are really representing the Blue Pill unless you can determine they aren't.
The Blue Pill is spiritual blindness... it's lack of Game awareness.
Game awareness means you aren't the sucker.

Didn't bother commenting there for a reason. A lot of fat/scrawny bloopers do the same thing with certain posts-- I actually caught one of them recently trying to do it.
[–]Reddened 3 points4 points5 points 10 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link
A good reminder. I know as I was reading Redwood's post I was thinking "man I really hope any dudes considering this do a bit of research first".
I don't have an issue with the post being allowed as long as it's understood it's anecdotal and not taken to be taken as scientific gospel. Inevitably though there will probably be someone that just gobbles down a shit ton of supplements solely based on that post and that's just Darwinism for you.
not taken to be taken as scientific gospel
That's exactly the issue at hand. Clint Redwood is an Endorsed Contributor, which means a lot of people will take everything he says for granted (their fault). I'm not saying that everything here should be backed up with peer-reviewed papers, I'm saying: don't present your information as a claim if you cant back it up. The fact that Clint Redwood did such a thing as an EC only worsens his case.
[–]cynicalprick01 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
not to mention, he actually said "It's science bitch!" in one of his posts.
[–]sir_wankalot_here 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
I never have done experiments on as large of a scale as Clint Redwood. But I often make short 3 sentence comments and pharse them differently to see how it affects upvotes or downvotes.
This statement is brilliant.
"It's science bitch!"
The phrase can be broken into two parts.
It's science
A neutral statement, he then puts a negative shaming qualifier on it
bitch
This then puts you on the defensive. Notice he used the word "" bitch** as opposed to pussy for example. Bitch has more of a sting to it as opposed to pussy.
In this post I talk about reframing using metaphor. Later on I plan to take these ideas and elaborate on it.

but the data is contaminated by other factors like media.
Breaking bad, where jessie pinkman says almost literally the same thing.
my point is I guess that experiments like this dont work because they dont isolate any factors, leading to any results found not being able to be reduced to one or two variables, despite OP most likely asserting that it can.

As as famous copywriter (guy who writes advertisements) said, 50% of advertising is wasted. Unfortunately it is difficult to determine which of the 50%.

Partially true. There are techniques which can be used, but it is extremely difficult.

There are techniques which can be used, but it is extremely difficult.
do you believe clint is capable of this?
do you believe clint will realistically attempt to find someone who is?
the thing is, he would need to have a hypothesis and null hypothesis in order to start this out as well as operational definitions and a system of measurement in order to tell which hypothesis has been validated.
OP appears to have none of these.

I've never held much respect or weight for the mods here for this reason, especially once you see some of the messages they've sent to bloopers they've banned. At the end of the day improving your own life, being an alpha in it, is all that matters.
[–]Grimmov 2 points3 points4 points 10 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
If you attend/have attended a proper university you will be taught that any claim which is not backed by at least one peer-reviewed paper, is merely an assumption i.e. horseshit."
Going by this statement, 98% of the viewpoints that TRP is founded on would be considered horseshit. Evo psych? Biologically-driven mental differences between men and women? No matter how much evidence exists to support something, science can and will be fabricated that claims the precise opposite.
The scientific process itself is clouded by politics, money and political correctness. Anything that goes against the social narrative or does not make someone money will not be allowed to become "legitimate science" by the powers that be. Statistics are doctored as often as they aren't, and even when it's an honest attempt at real science, half the time it's wrong (a meta-analysis of studies shows that more than half of all studies are wrong or cannot be reproduced). If you base your entire worldview off of studies and what academia tells you you're allowed to believe, you're going to be looking at the world through a very tiny and distorted pinhole.
Getting better than average results in life requires beliefs that are not shared by the majority of individuals... "original research." This means coming to your own conclusions, informed by your own philosophy of life. That said, rationality, logic and proof must be the bedrock of intellect, and being critical of what you read is important. I merely object to the idea that deferring to academia to do your thinking for you is a good idea. Once you view scientific studies (i.e. the deeply flawed, politically and financially driven form of science that exists today) as the only legitimate form of knowledge, your views are easily controlled by the liberal-academic social narrative.
I don't care about this penis enlargement topic though. It's probably bullshit.

I'll just point this out since apparently everyone is missing it?
Go to "Dick Health"
Hit Ctrl+F
Type in "Google"
Then type in "Research"
I tell the reader 8 times in the OP to google this stuff for themselves.
I have "research" in the OP 8 times also.
I guess i need to make a giant disclaimer in all bold caps so no one misses it?
I have an entire edited section in the intro where i state twice that I am in no way a professional. In that edit I have "Research" 3 times.
I cite the forums in which you can find anything you want able PE multiple times. I tell people multiple times that this isn't a topic to be condensed into a TRP post. I tell them to do their research.
Am i the only one seeing this?
[–]Meristry 9 points9 points9 points 10 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link
Dude, that's not the point man. It's not up the reader to find verification for your claims. You can't just say something, present it as the truth (knowing people will take you more seriously than others because of your EC-badge) and then go all LMGTFY on people. You're teaching people to actually ingest something and whatnot and the proof for that is just listing some forums? C'mon.
On an even more related note, I thought your latest post actually said that it was all bullshit and 'borderline trolling', and now you're saying it wasn't?
[–]Endorsed ContributorClint_Redwood -1 points0 points1 point 10 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
It's not up the reader to verify your claims.
I can't verify my claim on taking supplements to increase your EQ? They don't exactly have scientific studies on dick health. ALL of PE is anecdotal evidence. I cite the forum posts that I directly pulled my info from. The holy Grail To Cum Shot which is cited in the OP. It has like 80+ pages of guys confirming it and testing it. There isn't Pubmed clinical studies or case studies on this stuff.
You can't just say something, present it as the truth
I state right in the beginning of the post,
I am not a doctor, not a nutritionist, not a health fitness advisor. I’m just a dude that experiments with shit and this is what I’ve found.
I am not a doctor, not a nutritionist, not a health fitness advisor.
I’m just a dude that experiments with shit and this is what I’ve found.
Do i need to specifically spell it out? I claim right in the intro it's all anecdotal.
bullshit and 'borderline trolling'
These post haven't been bullshit but I did know they would cause a huge controversy. I don't advise or push anything I haven't personally tested or put into my body.
There is a reason no one else has posted anything about dick health or quality. It's only rarely seen discussing in comments for the entire year I've been here.

[–]JimmyJiangh 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
The best lies are partially true. His squirt post was solid advice.
Honestly, his posts are no different than the rest of the content in this sub. Most of it is worthless speculative bullshit, and some of it is great. I don't think anything said on this sub is useful at all unless you've had personal experiences that can confirm theories posted here. If you took everything here at face value you'd act like an idiot. You need to be able to put things in context and know what to take with a grain of salt.
[–]TRP VanguardYouDislikeMyOpinion 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I struggled to figure out why those squirting posts were received in the way they were. He literally put his experience out there, explaining how to give a girl intense orgasms. He said that he didn't give a shit if it was piss or alien fluid, he cared about the result. I don't remember seeing one post where someone had experience on the topic saying "yeah so I made her squirt and it was nothing special". Or one saying "yeah I tasted the squirt and it was piss".
Looking back on the threads now, good comments have floated to the top. That wasn't the case right at the beginning.
[–][deleted] -2 points-1 points0 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Squirt juice is not piss. Source: personal experience.
Hint: most everything you read in a peer-reviewed article, someone had a hunch that it's true (based on their personal experience) that they then gathered enough data to prove it's true.
[–]1Entropy-7 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
they then gathered enough data to prove it's true.
Or figure out a way to "hide the decline" while manipulating the peer review process so opposing viewpoints are shut out.
