You first response is, "Flame! What the hell are you thinking!" Let me explain:

When you were a child, advancing through elementary and middle school, you were "smart". Everyone praised you on how "smart" you were. Even though you worked hard to do your schoolwork, no one saw your effort, so you were "smart". In high school, you probably stopped doing so well. You were known as the "smart" guy, not the guy who works hard. Even though everyone called you smart throughout those earlier years, they should have been praising you on your work ethic. And you did poorly in high school because you had no work ethic.

And you're saying, "Flame, how does this relate to being short?"

Good question. As a 5'6" guy, I see being tall almost the same as being "smart". A lot of tall guys I know start to slack on frame, on lifting, on eating right, because they are tall. The SMV points they receive from being tall outweigh that one workout, on that one slice of cake, on that one girl insulting him. However, the cumulative points lost from all this add up.

Because I am short, I have to work harder to be able to improve my SMV. I have the work ethic needed to power through any workout, any training session, every shit test. Because I am short, I need to have a completely unshakable frame. And this hidden opportunity that I am taking advantage of makes me more attractive than many guys taller than me.

TL;DR: No shortcuts in life are worth taking. Go fucking lift.
