Beware the comments section, or why you should be well versed in the sidebar and core TRP materials BEFORE reading the posts/comments on TRP subs.

I would say that a vast majority of the comments left on threads here on TRP hit the mark. They are in fact, red pill knowledge, posted by users knowing what they are talking about.

However keep in mind that while most of the readers and commenters here are well versed in red pill knowledge, there is still a sizable number of the audience who are:

• Blue pill types looking to troll, upvote blue pill garbage, and present information counter to what TRP stands for. They will upvote any blue pill post because that is their ideology, for the same reason a liberal will upvote any liberal comment on the political subs.

• Purple pill types who straddle the fence, who like some of what TRP has to offer, but will occassionally defer to blue pill stances in certain situations, because they feel TRP should actually stand for X instead of Y. They will upvote blue pill things they feel should be what TRP stands for to make a point. For example, a TRP user who stands for most TRP principles, but will upvote posts saying that single mothers aren't a red flag, because the user feels that TRP should be more accepting of dating single mothers.

• Newbies who are new to TRP, still in the beginning phases, and are not sure what constitues red pill knowledge and blue pill garbage quite yet. These types will for the most part upvote anything that is well written and makes sense to their limited knowledge. Example: They'll upvote someone saying not to wrap it up when fucking a woman as long as it has good sentence structure, good spelling, good punctuation, and makes good points on the surface. Go easy on them - we've all been there. I know when I was new I upvoted blue pill shit I thought made sense.

• TRP users with spinning hamsters who will upvote anything that confirms their hamstered view(confirmation bias) and makes them feel better. A great example would be the Indian Race Trolls we see on AskTRP all the time. "Wah wah wah wah wah I am Indian wah wah wah wah wah no HB10 blonde white women will date me wah wah wah wah wah my life sucks wah wah wah I am just going to wallow and whine about it" and it will be upvoted by other Indians in a similar predicament because their hamster says that because they are Indian, they will never succeed with women, and therefore the only thing they can do is whine & complain.

I've noticed lately that there are a lot of comments on the main sub, or AskTRP, that are being upvoted that are not compatible with red pilled ideology at all. Most of these comments aren't being upvoted to the top, but collect enough upvotes to where it's visible and appears to be a TRP consensus comment. A combination of the 4 types of users above are likely the reason these comments are being upvoted. It's dangerous that these comments are being upvoted because newbies will read it and think that what they read is in fact Red Pill Knowledge, when its actually not. Especially on subs like AskTRP where men are trying to get actual advice and they get garbage advice that gets upvoted. Bad advice that poisons the well, that gets upvoted, does no one any good. The problem is, there is nothing we can do to control the voting here. Rogue votes are going to happen.

This is why its important to be well versed in the sidebar and to spend a lot of time reading up and studying up on red pill principles and ideology, so when you read the posts here and the comments, you are able to separate the wheat from the chaff. You'll know what is actually red pill, and what isn't. You'll be able to spot the blue pill garbage being masqueraded as red pill knowledge.

A good analogy: It's a lot like Christians and The Bible. I heard this interaction on a call in Christian radio show at the radio station I used to work at:

Caller: "I feel that God is speaking to me to leave my husband for another man. I don't know what to do."

Host: "What does the Bible say about it?"

Caller: "Do not commit adultery"

Host: "Then its not God speaking to you"

Just like Christians use The Bible to detemrine whether or not something is aligned with their God's will, so should Red Pill Users use the vast resources and materials available to us to determine whether or not something is aligned with what TRP stands for.
