When you show rp in a relationship where you were bp before she will most likely do drastic things or show her real self to end the relationship. You have to be rp in the beginning or it usually won't work.

Some women respond well to their guys turning rp but most will act badly to end it and find some beta they can enforce their will on.

I noticed a lot of fights with my ex were over small shit. It would end up getting me livid how she'd be so mad over nothing that I would end up losing the argument due to my anger over how someone can be so simple minded. Best way to argue with a woman is to stay calm and speak less. Use zero emotion.

I would describe what you did as level 1 life control. Life control being what you accept in your life and do not accept in your life and how you go about it.

Here is my current life control.

I instill an attitude that girls will know that if they don't respect me I will drop them. This is game that I learned naturally, and I can bet you that in a few months/years I'll stumble across a well written article/guide/strategy post about someone describing the exact strategy that I have automatically mentally created to demand and keep respect. I have read good strategies, but none that mirror what I do yet. Although I know other people that run this type of game, and I'm sure it's prevalent otherwise.

I can't really delve into it because I largely don't remember how I do it, sort of like when you try to remember arguments, you can't remember how they went or the thought patterns present at different times throughout the argument.

From what thoughts I can recollect right now, it's a combination of:

Being unapologetic. I never say sorry unless I actually did something wrong, and that is very rare. When I do apologize, it's a completely genuine apology that returns the other party to a happy state of mind again. An example would be me being late for something for 30 mins, and the girl having waited for me. I have been known to simply do this because I felt like doing something else instead of getting ready, and then taking too long to get ready, and coming 20 minutes late. And I tell the girl the real reason for being late, then I apologize, make her happy, and make it up to her by having her have a great time.

I'm sure all girls have certain archetypes of guys in their mind. They have made somewhat accurate generalizations and created strategies to best achieve their goals with these archetypes. One of these archetypes is that standard guy that arrives on time, wants to make her happy, doesn't expect much, etc. When I am unapologetic and I do things like be late, it strikes me down from being that standard guy archetype. She can't put me into that category. This has the added effect of her actually being interested in figuring me out. I'm not like the others, I'm different. She also gets a taste that she's not #1, she's just a girl, and I'm taking time out of my day to see her.

Being unafraid to speak most of my mind. Very few topics are off limits to me. A specific part of conversation would be humor. I would say that the majority of my conversational humor is meant to hit chords and push buttons. At dinner, when the bill comes and she looks at me: "what, are you using me for my money?".

What happens with a standard cookie cutter guy is that he wouldn't dare say something that could turn her off or possibly offend her. What I do is speak my mind. The standard guy gets to be a part of a conversational environment where it is tense, there are rules of what can and can't be said, much like watching a presidential candidate on tv; words are monitored, subject matter judged, etc.

I don't try to appease anyone or supplicate. I am simply myself and I speak my mind. The reality is that I don't insult people or tell them something nasty, I am not a bad person. The girl is forced to either take offense to everything or look past the words to try and understand me as a person and where I am coming from. Once she starts to take a deeper look at me she will see that I am a good person and I am having a good time. This creates an environment where anything can be said. Pink elephants can be identified (something both parties are thinking, but no one will say it). Sexual stuff is more easily discussed.

It's literally comparing a highly monitored event where rules must be adhered to, to a fun and relaxing time where both parties try to look past everything to have a great time. Secondly, when the girl starts focusing on you as a person and what you mean, it forces her to involuntarily bond with you on a much more meaningful and emotional level.

This goes with the last point. Being straightforward at times, and being unashamed of sexuality. A lot of my game is me straight forward telling a girl that I like her, and I want to do this and this to her. I couple that with two things: "I can't control myself sexually around you" and "Don't do that because it will trigger me sexually, and I won't hold back". It's all a game. When I am in a position to escalate, I pick something that she's doing that's hot to me and tell her that it's very nice (batting her eyes in a certain way, or walking with me in a certain fashion). After she does it for 2 or 3 times, I tell her "If you keep doing that" followed by "you're gonna get it" or "I won't hold back" or "seriously, you better watch that. This gives her the option to do it or not to do it. It's pretty much a guarantee that she will keep doing it though if you set up the chemistry well from the start.

Once she does it again, you must make a move. Most times it is accepted. The other times where it is not, she ends up being at fault because you're the one who can't control yourself, and she's the one who triggered you.

Being straightforward with sexuality and other things sets the precedent that I'm clear in what I want. How I follow up with the straightforwardness sets the tone of how I will take what I want. People don't usually fuck around with people that are straight forward. Being straight forward generally means that you are unafraid to take action and further your own goals. Going back to that archetype, it puts me in a completely different category than "standard guy"

These types of things will nip most issues in the bud. The girls won't fuck with you. Your girl is fucking with you. Your life control allows her to get in deeper than my life control allows a girl to get. I remember being where you are at right now in your life. I was not happy. I sat down and figured out how to get my life to where it is now. Less bullshit. Less headache. More fun. More happiness.

If you had something like what I have set up, she wouldn't have 0 empathy. I can't describe in detail unless I write another essay. The system you put in place based on what you allow and disallow will create an environment where having 0 empathy will be an extremely unbeneficial action. It just won't make any sense for her to do it, she will hurt herself. Same with crying.

I think you should have followed through with giving her the key to her place. It really is about sending a message. It would get to the point where she would follow your wishes and beg you to take the key back after a weeks' time.

She has way too much power over your life, feelings, mood. Frankly, I think it's ridiculous and I think you should elevate yourself to a much better power position.

Her actions can still provoke you. This is because you haven't become a sociopath. This is something I've told people. You really have to become a sociopath to be able to mentally switch from affection to non-affection as quickly as women do, and to handle their tantrums. This is not something I specifically suggest doing. What I'm saying is because I have accepted that women are like that, I have become partly sociopath to mitigate it. I generally cannot go from love to "I'm ready to break up" in a short amount of time, but women are able to do these huge spikes in emotion with relative ease. The thing is that once I distance myself and adopt sociopath type abilities to like a girl and be ready at any time to cancel everything and end it all, it makes it harder to have true affection, while making it 300% easier to pass shit tests. (common saying "the person in a relationship with the most power is the one who cares the least").

I hope that in another couple of months you can look back at this moment and say to yourself that you've improved substantially since then, and your life control and happiness are at a much better level.

You have to dread game her man (which is what you were doing here, kinda). Remember that men are the gate keepers of commitment. If you have a GF, it's because you're letting her hang around in your life. You have to make her realize that you can poof at any time you aren't getting your needs met.

What you describe makes me think she has borderline personality disorder.

Interestingly it is a personality disorder much more common in women. And often reading the TRP I see why it would be more common in women; if anything I am not sure it would be right to call it a disorder, since so many women seem to behave like they have BPD anyway.

I am a guy diagnosed with BPD and I am starting to wonder if BPD in men is not something totally different than BPD in women.
