It takes lots of time and practice.

Besides working out and getting decent clothes and fixing your posture, talking with multiple girls all at once and giving yourself as many options as you can, do things for YOU. Focus on self-improvement.

You can get certified as an open water scuba diver in one long weekend.
You can take a martial art for fun, meeting people, and exercise. Your belts/rankings are resume material. (It doesn't have to be brain-bashing MMA, it could be judo/akido/etc.
Travel, even if just locally. Experience good stories.
Learn useful, interesting things. Cooking and food preparation is a must as part of a good workout.
I read a comedy book -- how to be funny even if you're not, or something. Comedy, wit, and charm is a science. I'm not a clown, but I know how to crack a joke.
Be aggressive in your career and financial future.

In other words, go do positive things for yourself. You'll grow, overcome things, gain confidence and frame and self-security, and be the best you can be.

Then don't worship women and throw your money at them and you're fine.

A lot of it is mental. There are a lot of people who say weights and the like are all you need, and it certainly helps to keep a good posture about yourself, if not necessary, but your own image of yourself and decision making is what is most important. I used to have the same problem, Everything I did I always questioned myself on. "Did I do this right? Did that person like me? Why didn't everything workout the way I thought it was going to?" Fuck that. That is no way to live. It may seem cliche as fuck but honestly, the best advice someone can give you, is to just not give a shit. About what you say? About other peoples, and about your own feelings. Take pride in your appearance, take pride in the things you do that are successful, but at the same time realize how fucking meaningless it all is. Everything you know, every instinct, every view point on the world, every opinion, is just the regurgitated by product of biological programming and result of outside influences on your psyche. It's all bullshit man, it's fugazi, the human condition is an illusion, it's fabricated. Most people have trouble throwing away their vision of theirselves. It's something you keep with you, defines you, but I'm telling you fuck that, we are undefinable, unpredictable, be everything the world tells you not to be. Having a vision of yourself gives your life blue prints, I hate blue prints. People who follow blue prints care too much about the details. Take a note from fight club, a great RP movie that I am sure everyone has seen. If you havn't, go watch it now. "We are all apart of the same compost heap, you are not special, you are not a beautiful snowflake" none of us are. When you put yourself at the same level as everyone around you, you suddenly feel like you can do anything you damn well please. You can only feel inferior to someone else if you let yourself. I could explain this in more detail at another time because this is just the first part to the mindset, but it is the most important. Forget everything you think you know about how the world works. Those rules, no longer apply to you.

Side note: If you don't already know, learn how to fight. I don't mean fucking judo or fucking karate. Learn how to box, how to take someone down, and how to smash their face in. Whenever trying to "out alpha" an alpha, it certainly helps to know full well that if it came down to it you could take the piss out of him.

Read the book of pook, this will explain the importance of this. The way of the superior man and no more mr nice guy are two other quality resources. Surround yourself be change and get excited by it.

I was a 23 year old intelligent loser who never kissed a girl. Within a year I've had girls coming up to me asking if I've got a gf and telling me I'm sexy. Depression and anxiety are gone. Good things happen when you put high importance on yourself.

Simple answer is yes, but its hard earned.

The full answer is this.

Being alpha isn't something that can be readily described by one word. It is a multi faceted ideal. You need to be prepared to challenge yourself in every manner and leave all of your comfort zones.

Here's a quick list of things to work on. And this is by no means complete.

Improve your physique : this one stage is a multi faceted problem. You need to lose any excess fat, build muscles and improve yourself athletically.
Improve your grooming : Get a better haircut, make sure all facial hair is kept in check, brush your teeth religiously, shower regularly etc. Basically you want good hair and to look and smell clean whenever you can.
Improve your wardrobe : Clothing can really make the man. Fit is as important as anything. Good clothes accentuate the work in the gym, make you look slicker as a package too. Don't underestimate the effect your wardrobe has.
Learn to manage your time : Always do something productive. Productive doesn't necessarily mean work all work no play. Just always use your time effectively, this doesn't mean be all go all the time. Sometimes a couple of hours vegging in front of the TV or games console is productive if it relaxes you and entertains you. Don't let any single thing consume your entire life, whether it be work or play. Remember this, a man with many hobbies or things to do won't be phased by a woman flaking, thus he isn't outcome dependent.
Improve your finances : Money matters. Money is power. There is no way around it if you want any form of LTR. Improving your finances by earning more and spending wisely. Also avoiding marriage and children on anything but your terms will make life easier in the long run.
Improve your game : A man who is aware of the powers of persuasion and the ability to read others is a man who is more likely to excel in all walks of life. Learn to get people working with and for you and your options in life are far greater.
Improve your knowledge: Read and watch things that challenge you and open your mind to other things. This step helps every other step if done correctly and is often totally under rated.

I'm sure that many guys here can add to the list but that is what I feel is important to start with. It isn't complete but I doubt its incorrect.

Read the links in the sidebar, and understand that it is not a binary thing. It's not like you will one day suddenly flip a switch and become "alpha". It's a sliding scale, and rigorous self-improvement, research, and experimentation will assist you on your journey towards the end of the spectrum that you desire.

TAKING ACTION is the most important thing. Schedule what's important for the morning time. Wake up a little bit earlier to work out. Willpower is defined as your ability to make yourself take action that you don't want to take.

Willpower is finite; it regenerates after sleeping and is spent throughout the day. As you consciously use willpower to motivate yourself, two things will happen. First, your willpower will STRENGTHEN like a muscle. It'll get easier over time. Second, you will start to see the benefits of your actions, and this will start to provide inspiration. Inspiration rocks, because when you're acting out of inspiration, it doesn't cost any willpower to take the action. But, that's eventually. In the meantime, we use willpower.

I'll give you a physics analogy. Any new habit is like a grounded rocketship. To get that thing launched, you must deliberately combust rocket fuel (willpower). Once it's in orbit, once the habit is clicked on, then it pretty much cruises without costing any more fuel.

SO: spend your willpower to make yourself work out in the morning. Keep doing it until it becomes a habit. Enjoy the results!

Think of it this way: imagine the most basic of self-enhancing habits. What came to mind? Great, now what if you'd been doing that for the past year? How would your life be different?

Start lifting is really the easiest way. It's like the antidote to the blue pill mindset. After a few years of solid work and diet you'll be much better looking than 99% of other men out there and people will treat you as such. It took years of conditioning and being lied to become beta. it takes the same to turn that around.

Step1: what are you doing right now? If it's jerking off, playing video games, or surfing junk on the internet it's time to stop that. You do not owe the world your time because the world doesn't owe you any time back. If the internet is not being used to improve yourself or others then it's just a distraction like television.

Step2: What do you see when you look in a mirror? if you hate yourself then it's time to change that. You need to get confidence and to get confidence is being use to rejection and people judging you. People will talk shit about you, call you names, gossip, and reject you on various grounds and reasons. Learn to not give a Fuck. Not giving a fuck lets you go out and have the balls to do something out of your comfort zone despite the high probability of rejection. Sign up to be a model for a figure drawing class. I drawn many fat fucks and while women do it for validation, men do it to prove something. Stand up there with your dick hanging while 30 people spend 2 hours drawing your naked body. You're not doing it to get positive attention, you're doing it because really you shouldn't give a fuck what people think or will say about you.

Step3: Learn a foreign language. I'm not asking you to become an expert, actually learn how to speak something other than english to a minor degree. Learning a language takes time, discipline, and dedication. It changes how you think and most of all you are learning something totally new on your own. I recommend Pimsleur.

Step4: get a hobby. What do you do in your free time? Playing video games isn't a hobby. A hobby is something you invest money into along with free time studying, reading, and doing. A hobby is something other people form clubs over. Golf is a hobby, fishing is a hobby, video games is not a hobby, Poker is a hobby. Get a hobby!

Step5: de clutter your life. If your house burned down and you lost everything in it, what would you miss the most? That one item now is the thing that is most precious to you. Everything else is clutter. easy, replaceable, bought later clutter.

Step6: Change our body. Are you 40lbs overweight? get on Keto, go outside and walk, get a work out DVD! If you can afford, get a gym membership. It only takes 30 minutes at the gym to get results. Eat healthy, lose weight.

Once you get to a point where you can look yourself in the mirror and say "Damn I got it goin" is when you achieved victory. Positive change requires hard work

case2: joe is a 28 year old college dropout who works in a gas station lives alone and goes from work to home , he doesn't hang out with anyone for years at a time he is 100lbs overweight and not only lacks life experience but is kind of out of it. joe has to take 1 step at a time , do the painful thing of acquiring marketable skills and catching the train that has left so that in 5 years he mostly caught up, he might be still lucky since many of his 'natural' friends are taken out of the game by mistakes he is too conscious of doing, joe has to be a bit more ascetic to make it at 34

actually the time given is a bit too little, it takes much longer to build up your career on your own and 2 years is just the time it will take joe to be normal, not ripped joe will still have to hold back his shitty 20s when he goes to sleep or else he will just give up.

First take TRP. Understand men and women are different. Learn game. Feel free to fake it before you make it. Most people will not know the difference. Approach women from a feeling of abundance! There is no limit to the number of desperate and lonely women out there. Think of it like phone sales. When a potential customer hangs up on you don't get discouraged. Just dial the next number.

Second, get in shape. Lift like a mad man. Learn a martial art.

Third, stop putting women on a pedestal. Learn and accept that you are a MAN. Your ancestors invented...everything. Women invented...nothing. You are the natural leader and any woman you meet (who you see as a potential sex partner) must follow your lead or next them immediately (after you pass her shit tests of course).

Fourth, become a better man. Learn mental skills, make more money, get more education, join a club and learn a talent. Develop yourself! Enjoy life, enjoy the journey.
