Attitude 3: seduction is real - there are many things women can do in the bedroom and outside it to spark and maintain attraction. Honestly, that's by far the most important thing. Unfortunately most women are either uneducated or not interested in this.

Edit: and about girlfriends - in time they can be educated to a large degree, both in openness and in technique. Of course, only if they're interested enough.
