Horror Story:

Law enforcement, the courts, the legal system as a whole are stacked against you as a man.

If a women starts getting goofy, she starts getting loud, threatening you, your best bet is to stay calm, not engaging while pulling out your camera. This advice is the only thing that saved my boy last night.

It started with his BM refusing to let him and his oldest child into the apartment he solely pays for.

After dropping the kid off, his baby mama refuses to let him leave, which in our state is considered felony kidnapping but she'll never see a charge. She then swung off on him.

He called the cops, despite the responding officers reviewing the video, they left the kids with her, charging him with a domestic, then taking him to jail for her safety. Fortunately the DA drooped the case and he was released free of charges in light of all the evidence.

Had he not stayed calm, pulling out his phone, he'd be sitting time, probably getting convicted all because this bitch said he was the aggressor. She has not and will not see any disciplinary actions for her behavior. Lying/falsifying a police report, is just another, clearly obvious criminal charge she will not be held accountable for.

Thankfully the majority of states are one party states, meaning it's not against the law to record your conversations, even if the other person is unaware.
