Look into a sous vide cooker and get a vacuum sealer for food. Sous vide cooks the vacuum packed food at a fairly low temperature in water over several hours. No exposed heating surfaces. It makes the best and moistest chicken I've ever cooked. You can also cook a shitload of it at once (like 7 or 8 lbs), then pop it out of the water and stick it in the fridge. It's already vacuum packed so it keeps fresh for quite a while. Then just pop one open when you are ready to eat.

Sous vide steak is also awesome, but it's best if it can be pan seared to get a nice crust on it before eating. I realize that isn't an option for you, but the steaks are still damn good without a sear.

They have cans of chicken that are fully cooked, kinda like a can of tuna. Its chunk lite and you can add hot sauce/whatever to them and slam them down. Or eat natural peanut butter/almond butter all the damn time. Think like prison weight lifters do man. Buy up shitloads of canned meats and eat the fuck out of them. No cooking required

Been there, done that. You'd be amazed what you can do with a microwave. Buy bulk packs of breasts or thighs, and go nuts with spices and sauces. Just watch the carb content of commercial sauces. For example, fresh salsa is way better for you than a BBQ sauce with corn syrup.

If by the "right amount" you mean at least 1g per lb. of body weight, frankly the only efficient way to reach this is to add whey protein powder. I highly recommend Whey HD from bodybuilding.com. Best bang for buck I've found, when buying in bulk.

I also recommend rotisserie chickens cooked from the supermarket. Relatively inexpensive , tastey, and lazy as fuck. Love it.

Also my friend swore by eggs in the microwave in college. Not sure how that goes though.

First... can you use a crock pot or slow cooker? No open flames or heating elements on that one. If you can, then your problems are mostly solved... you can find a way to cook almost anything in them.

If not:

Non-cooked/pre-cooked proteins:

Peanut butter/almond butter
Canned/pouch Tuna (maybe tuna salad)
Cottage cheese (more neutral than yogurt... good with all sorts of fruits/nuts)
Beef jerky
Canned chicken
Deli meats
Canned Sardines/anchovies
Protein bars
Protein shakes: buy a blender and some protein powder

You can also buy pre-cooked things at the in-store deli in lots of grocery stores... it's more expensive, but good for variety.

You can cook also chicken breast and pork chops in the microwave, as well as bacon.

For one meal you can try frozen pre-cooked chicken (microwave it for like 3 or 4 minutes), microwaveable rice, and frozen vegetables

Blend it and it makes a good shake, very high in protein.

I ate the Army chow and supplemented with protein shakes. I had a six pack when I left S. Korea, and DL was over 4 plates. I was in Area 1 Camp Hovey and I ran a half marathon once a week while I was there on the weekends. There is literally no one up at 5am on Sundays there.

The only reason you can't deal with the diet is because your activity level is entirely too low. Running those hills, and climbing the mountains there is how I spent my time outside of the gym. Well that and slaying Asian poon.

Eat at the DFAC, because you are already paying for it if you live in the B's.

I've read about cooking with a coffee maker. Not sure what kind of high protein recipes are possible. Or if you're even allowed to have one in the barracks.
