Spent the past 5 days moving to my new city. Lots of driving. Taking today to relax and it's back to the grind tomorrow. Visited several gyms yesterday and made my decision. Start my new job Monday. Ready to get out there and see what this city has to offer

I eneded it with the woman Ive been seeing since August. I'm free from her bullshit and lies. I've only recently started taking the red pill and looking back I see how many warning signs there were from the very beginning. I hadn't gotten laid in a while and she was smoking hot so I did everything I could to keep her at first. After a while though I saw how crazy she was and I tried breaking things off. She would go batshit so I'd get back with her. I wish I had had the mental fortitude to stick to my guns every time I tried to break it off with her but I was weak. Never again. This was a lesson that I needed to learn with first hand experience and I am now a better person because of it.

I binged ate a lot on Tuesday. Experienced a heart break which lead to it. Now trying to get back to where I was.

I completed reading one book mid March, which is great. Now I'm re reading some of my old books. I'm reading The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A Fuck by Mark Manson. I forgotten how good this book is. Enjoying the struggle is what Manson wrote in order to really achieve your goals. That made sense to me as you have to really enjoy the tedious grind of eating healthy and getting rejected all the time.

I saw a plate turned oneitis at the bar, and did not feel anything when she made out with another guy near me. I swallowed TRP long before I met this girl. After years of being fwb, I developed the feels so slowly that I couldn't realize what I became. I kept lifting, and never put her on the pedestal but I was not creating abundance by seeking out other women. This lead her to get on the cc while we were "exclusive". I found out, couldn't look at her the same so I ghosted. Started spinning a plate two weeks after, and been ghosting oneitis for over two months now. Also had a job interview at a big tech company (Free food big).

Hello my friends

A few weeks ago i took the path of self improvement to escape the toxic estate of inceldom i was trapped into since i broke up w/ my ex and i made huge steps:

First of all (and the most important) i learnt to not value myself as the pussy i can get, that liberated me from a lot of negative thoughts that were hurting my self esteem.

Second: i took seriously my lifting routines and food

That drived me.to finally get laid last weekend. But a friend of mine did half the work of seduction.

My point now is that i have to remove my shiness in order to being able to approach girls, any guide or advice for ultra begginer level?

Got my teeth fixed which I had a shit ton of anxiety about doing. Trained someone at work so now I have days off again. I bought a violin and have been practicing excessively; eventually I'll get better strings and maybe a wider bridge piece, which should last me until years from now, when I'm ready to shell out big money for something made out of maple with an attachable mic pick-up. I'm going to start practicing guitar again too. I got a cyberpunk song I started (a combination of Dreamwave/Synthwave and Punk) and will be able finish once my guitar and mic comes in the mail. I've also got to do some archiving of music I haven't and I'm going to possibly delete my soundcloud since they are pissing me off. I feel like I'm following a serious passion I've been neglecting by dive-bombing back into music, its like being fucked up suddenly having a good therapist. Life is good.

This week, I learned some hard lessons about intimacy issues and AWALT.

I had an honest emotional discussion with a long term plate that I have never opened up to. Dealing with certain issues has been hard on me, and she's a loving, family type. It had been a while. I decided to open up. And she was incredibly soothing.

Eventually, we got through it, I showered, came back, escalated as normal...and I got all sorts of BLUE PILL resistance: "let's wait, you need your sleep, get some rest, let's just cuddle, another time", etc. Go figure, right?

I called up my buddies last night to go out. I asked our bartender if she had a gag reflex and invited her to prove it. She left her number on the receipt and told me to call her later that night. (Bonus: when she asked me about my leftovers sitting on the bar, I stared her down and said "I always tend to have a hard time finishing." She smirked, and said "I hoped so.")

I relayed the story about the bartender to the aforementioned main plate. I framed it as a "Haha, I was on a roll and I just couldn't stop with the punchlines" as a funny addition to the night's adventure.

She won't stop texting me about absolutely fucking nothing important. Sending me YouTube videos, asking where I am, what I'm up to...

AWALT, gentlemen. Even when they seem like great family types who are nurturing and benevolent. This week, I learned the consequences of dropping my guard, even for a second -- and that it's a man's job to address his own issues, not to pile them onto his First Mate.

After quitting my first job out of college that I was absolutely miserable in, which I was too afraid to do because of fear and oneitis for the job, I just finished my first week in my new job, and despite being fresh out of training and barely out of college I had the best stats in the state within the company for the position (banking for what it's worth).

After finally finishing my 3 year long bulk I started cutting for the first time about 4 months ago, and now for the first time in my life I have a legitimate full on six pack. Holy shit I feel good.

Despite getting laid by a new girl on an almost weekly basis in college, I haven had sex in months now, yet for the first time in my life I don't care because I'm doing the self improvement for me not to get pussy. I'll probably look to ltr down a cutie just for consistent sex come summer when there are more day game opportunities and social gatherings in non-bar/club situations for someone like me who moved to a big city and doesn't really know anyone my age.

I got the first email for my company mailing list, hammered out some practical plans for our first product.

I figured out what I was doing wrong on my snatch, and deadlifted above 300 for the first time since I tweaked my back.

I've been jerking off way more, slacking at work (my dayjob), slacking at school, and eating way too much sugar. I've been listening to Infowars instead of Von Mises or Dale Carnegie. I skipped OHP day on saturday.

All in all, more wins than losses. But room for growth.

mid March 1st resolution, after reading a thread posted in here this week: no more betabucking dates. Not. One. Dollar. Spent on dates. For regular girls it's not a huge deal; either you come straight to my place or you join me and my friends but this is it. I hooked up with a girl from an app and regret it. I've decided to just go monk mode/mgtow and keep my steady progress upward. This year I've saved more, worked out more, and lived healthier than I have before in prior years. I was feeling sort of depressed these last few months, but hooking up with and seeing the lives girls my age live (mid twenties) makes me very grateful of my situation. After 7 months of looking, finally found a new apartment to move into with an ACTUAL KITCHEN. O m g. This will help save money, and I'll be able to cook and eat cleaner.

Shaved my beard and went with a horseshoe mustache. Social experiment. It's really polarizing to people, and a step out of my comfort zone, but it feels manly and helps my confidence peacocking that shit. Girls at work have said they like it. Some dudes at work talk shit on it, some were like, nice look, bro. a couple dudes either trimmed up their beards or got a mustache themselves after I did.

Unfortunately I let hanging out with chicks get in the way of going to the gym last week, and now I'm out of the routine. Entropy kicks in quick. It's so easy to make excuses not to go.

Also relapsed on nicotine. Been smoking cigarettes and cigars. Switching back to ecig so at least I won't be breathing smoke and losing breath, and weaning myself off again.

Notice I've been leaning on beer in social situations.

For this week-

no cigarettes or cigars. No beer this week. Plus beer leads to cigarettes. Go to the gym, starting TONIGHT. Ugh I do not want to. Gym takes priority over making plans with girls. Save chicks for the weekend.

spoke to a friend I have on here whose an endorsed about my mentoring young men. Learned a lot about myself that I needed a wiser, more objective person to tell me.
broke barriers in the big 3. "Deadlift, squat, press, ohp too"
opened interviews for a new full time manager. Free time is about to become the standard for my life for the first time in a decade. Can't fucking wait.
helped a long term bro sign on his first house, already got him two renters, he's now in the game. I'm happy for him, in a way I can't put into words. He's come so far since he came back from deployment.
found a black chick worth plating. That's a second, ever. Still none worth dating though.

And the really big one "personal achievement"

I paid my parents back for my triple major. In cash. They don't need it, I didn't need to, but I wanted to. And I fucking did it. I feel great. Manly tears all around.

It was a really eventful week.

Absolutely no progress this week! I sent my resume to several companies in the city, got scheduled for interviews everyday starting tomorrow. Will sign the contract from first company to offer me a job as jobs are hard to come by, too many fresh grads out there to compete with.

Hard to travel to the city everyday, I live outside Manila in the Philippines, the traffic is really tiring. I still haven't found a place to live in. My savings from my previous job is about to run out. I might have to live in "survival mode" until the first pay check. I'll commute from my the burbs to work for the first week. I really hope I pass all my interviews.

I'm really pathetic, fuck this!
