My first impression after reading this was that it's completely fucking insane and can't possibly be true. But after reflecting for a few moments I'm actually not surprised. It's a story as old as time itself - woman meets tatted-up mysterious bad boy, woman is intrigued by his dark history, woman goes home with him and has unprotected sex. It happens all the fucking time. Women want alpha fucks and beta bucks.

Notice how she only started freaking out when he manifested beta tendencies such as acting needy and such. Suddenly, it dawned on her that having unprotected sex with a felon perhaps wasn't the best idea. I'd be willing to bet that if he kept acting like an alpha male we wouldn't even be having this discussion.

I'm surprised they didn't recommend she threaten to claim she was raped to violate his parole. A rape report seems par for the course for justice warriors these days.

She had a drop of alcohol prior to sex so she couldn't consent. Yes didn't mean yes because he intimidated her with his murder story and tattoos. She didn't enjoy the sex in the middle, it was rape. Not using a condom is rape. ect. ect.
