I've come to the realization over the years that any serious relationship with a woman isn't worth the time and energy invested into it.

With women you constantly have to be "on." If you show any weakness or become uninteresting or less funny, you lose attractiveness in her eyes. Over time she becomes bored with you and the relationship ends. Once the relationship is over, all of the time, energy, and money you put into it might as well have been flushed down the toilet - you now have nothing to show for it except the experience that you got swindled. Getting dumped is akin to being a Bernie Madoff victim. You realize everything you were promised was a lie and your money's gone.

I'd love to have a family with a wife, two kids, and a white picket fence. But the thought of all the work I've put in over the last 15 years of dating (I'm 29 now) sickens me. It's all been for nothing. Now I'm supposed to start from SCRATCH on some new chick? No thanks.

It seems so much easier just to have sex with someone and move on. I invest one night's worth of work then immediately reap the rewards. After that, the law of diminishing returns kicks in. I have to then put in MORE work for FEWER rewards. The inverse relationship then only gets more and more drastic over time. Why would anybody NOT want to maximize their benefits?

I guess I just don't get how women became this way. Are millennials to blame? feminism? I look back in history and see how women wanted to please their MAN. This is what gave them satisfaction. Being able to make their man happy made THEM happy. This arrangement worked because men did all the work, which was then rewarded with women aiming to please them however they could.

Now women want YOU to please THEM while you also do all the work. What the hell? Where's my motivation?
