Most of the articles posted here are centralized around women, which is very nice, but an emphasis needs to be established on how to deal with men. I have noticed as my SMV increases, men throw shit tests relentlessly at me. I’ve structured a very straight forward methodology on dealing with them.

My Story 6 years ago I was the complete opposite of me currently. Scrawny and feminine, I still got girls, but mostly because of "pretty boy" looks. I was friends with a varsity basketball player who “drowned in hoes” as we used to call it. I considered him a really close friend. Just 2 months ago, I had to completely cut him. My SMV surpassed his.

This internally enraged the man, and he started throwing shots at me behind my back. Can I blame him? Nah, I really fucking cannot. All your life you were considered the man and slacked off horrendously in school. Barely showing up, and when you did show up, you would hit on teachers. Everybody assumed you’d make the NBA, but you didn’t make the NBA and your shitty grades barely can get you into community college. I lift, start reading TRP, and the gains have bitches going wild. My efforts in school paid off tremendously as I now do an internship at a bank. As opposed to providing appreciation, the man outright ostracized me and begins to perform passive aggressive actions.

This is with every “bro” I have had. (A few exceptions, obviously). After doing a thorough nexting of a bunch of friends, I am happily living my life. I haven’t blocked them from social media ergo they still see the chicks I am fucking, and my new clique I found the following week at a local bar. Some have reached out to me but after receiving the same old “Yeah, next Friday we can hangout fam” reply and posting pics of me chilling with my new clique that very same Friday, I have no doubts the message has sunk in.

Message — As cold as it may seem, be ready to deal with all this once your SMV starts reaching new heights. You are not a doormat, you’re a person with boundaries. Do not be afraid of being alone, go to a bar and make new friends if you have to, problem solved.

It isn’t just him, it’s practically every “bro” I’ve had. They start behaving weirdly by doing reckless things behind my back and I start cutting them. I am left with two friends. If anything this experience had made me gain empathy for high SMV men and women. I always wondered why good looking/succesful people had shitty attitudes, but really it’s the only way they can keep fake fucks at bay.
