Because the essence of this sub is reducing day by day. People who get on this sub see the top posts that are about women, fucking, smv etc etc. Nobody talks about actual self improvement. Working hard, getting results. Anything else (pleasure, ladies) is a byproduct of being the best version of yourself.

2 reasons why TRP is hated

Self improvement, especially the kind taken when a man is honest with himself, is despised by people who are incapable of similar sacrifice. Your effort reflects back to them and creates the feelings of inadequacy that fuels hatred.

The 2nd reason is the cognitive dissonance created when others hear truths that dont line up with their ego protective worldview. Much easier to discredit the messenger than consider the message

Sadly, the haters are also sometimes our friends and family. Dont hate them back and dont engage them with argument. Acknowledge their feelings and carry on completely unaffected and without need of their approval or permission

There are many hurt guys in here trying to find answers and understand their relationships. Naturally there is a lot of anger towards women in this sub, so the manginas and feminazis out there pick and choose those posts out of context, then generalize the entire community from that. It's like saying hospitals cause diseases and injuries because most of the people in there are sick. Completely retarded conclusions

I feel like people hate this sub because it helps people to become a better version of themselves through hard work and dedication. People are jealous. People don't want others to be successful, because that means it would bring them down. How often do you hear someone bash bodybuilders because "all of them use steroids, their dick doesn't work and I could've done it myself but I just don't want to"? What they really mean is they have no dedication and are too lazy to work on themselves. It is much easier to sit behind the screen and talk shit about other people than get up and improve themselves.

TRP is nothing but a subreddit that tells kids that Santa doesn't exist. The rest of reddit sees us for the assholes that we are for ruining the magic, while the true core of TRP is actually to show that christmas isn't about a magical story and a bunch of presents. It's about family and joy.

The majority of the users that choke on the pill get angry that Santa doesn't exist and demand to know how they can still get presents out of the adults without having to contribute to the happy atmosphere of what christmas truly is about.

Then there's the people that don't like to hear that they are fat pigs and need to work out. They rather join a fat acceptance cult.

When I first came in touch with the Red Pill is was the way to regain self respect and understanding of the world after getting crushed by manipulative crazy ex. It opened my eyes on men's issues, on gynocentric brainwashing that turns us into miserable disposable blue pilled betas that have no chance to break out from it due to toxic socialization. It opens your eyes on the dangers of gynocentrism like chivalry, marriage, hypergamy, beta bux, getting attached or dependent.

Now, sometimes it seems like most of content of this subreddit is just turning into another kind of PUA. What's even more sad, it sometimes seems like another side of gynocentric coin since all these posters are struggling hard to figure out how to raise your SMV and become a "perfect man for her" so they can please women. If your life is still revolving around validation through female, you are not Red Pill, you are PUA.

Reason this sub is hated is largely selection bias.

People fixate on those firmly in anger phase, ignoring those who give sensible advice, even if latter outnumber the former, as former are more noticeable.

TRP regularly has posts on it with someone ranting some woman-hating shit - the guy is new here, and just got fresh out of a divorce and is sorting through his feelings. This is hard for all of us because it's saddening he has to do this in the first place and it elicits all kinds of things. We can try to relate, he needs the message that he should not have done that, but also that process of bringing him back to balance.

Or how amazing they are at sleezing their way into beds - sexual strategy is amoral, but we don't need to put it on the cover of magazines like women do. We need to try to distill the strategy from the humblebrag. As always, the best strategy offered by TRP is going to be to be attractive enough through effort that you don't have to deceive.

Then there's some legit misogynistic stuff in the sidebar. TRP has decided men and women aren't the same. This isn't work or frisbee, so we discard the equality for a moment. This is dealing with relationships and sex, so here's some news: they aren't. There's science backing it up.

It then espouses some theories that paint a picture of women that's TBH fairly bleak and not how they want to see themselves. This is like a combat briefing so these guys that are trying to make it through life know what to expect and are mentally prepared for the worst. The worst being what we're likely going to get.

I like to think TRP is about being honest with ourselves so that we can improve - so rather than circle jerking, can we at least face what we've created?

Most men who bash this forum will be beta living in a paradigm of non-change. They think that things are as they are, just because. They think you were born charming and muscular and that it is impossible to change. These people are losers because they will never change. They will simply stay on the same path. Some path will be better than others, but they won't improve.

Nah, there's a couple of reasons why theredpill has a bad name:

-Most just know theredpill as "that backwards sexist sub" and don't bother clicking the link.

-It has the audacity to suggest that women aren't equal with men. I mean, how could anybody believe that the most valued women are young and attractive and aren't independent, strong thirty-somethings, right? (EDIT: If there are any independent, strong, thirty-something women reading this, then all the more power to ya. Just keep on continuing with your career and don't expect much of a love life.)

-It's moreso right-leaning than the generally centre-left wing populous of reddit. At least when speaking in economics.

-The name sucks. It's taken from some turn-of-the-century action flick with glossed-up trenchcoats and thin sunglasses. Still not a bad series of films, it's just that any semi-serious movements don't get their identities from the silver screen.

As someone who is subbed but has to ignore 90% of the posts here, here is why I personally dislike this sub:

Blaming women or society for all of your life problems and not taking responsibility for your own self.
Bashing women because of your lack of social success.
Not being able to think beyond social standards you've been taught and needing to rely on this site to gain perspective instead of just using mindfulness and awareness of the world around you.
All the misogyny, slut shaming, victim blaming, and clear calls for inequality between women and men when in reality a lot of posters are just straight up insecure, salty, and confused.
The political bullshit and confirmation biases people inject into their posts. It's almost like people just force key words they read on 4chan and the_donald into their posts and don't even know what they actually mean. For example, one of the comments on here blaming globalism for people bashing this sub, as if that actually made any sense at all.
Thinking lifting weights makes you somehow superior to other people because they've been lazy and out of shape most of their lives and finally discovered the benefits of exercise.
The sweeping generalizations to confirm personal biases, like in the OP and in this post.
All the crybaby bullshit.

Every now and then there's a post that really is meant to empower men and encourage self improvement without needing to blame others and point fingers, but that's after having to ignore the tons of bullshit posts here.

My gripes with this sub are varied:

• Complaining about society and female Hypergamy while simultaneously imbibing upon the sickness. Users here will curse women's mating strategy while wishing to be its primary benefactor in the same breath, it amuses me. • The lack of adaptivity or agency is prevalent. We live in a dynamic world where the tides of sexual and romantic propriety are changing, yet many users would rather return to a time when women were essentially sycophants to the de-facto patriarch of their home and fully dependent upon their will to survive. You say we love and accept women but really a majority of you would sooner rather see them in chains for which only you have the key. • The amount of hamstering and emotional fragility, perhaps one might even call it neurosis. How often do users here espouse upon the ethical failings of women while simultaneously stumbling over their own miscontrived ethos? We are just as manipulative, frail, and illogical as any woman if not moreso, yet we conveniently overlook these attributes of ourselves, projecting our ego to shield our insecurities, serving only to construct barriers between us and the truth that we are all equal and that our behavior is a result of our environment, focusing only on the crescendo without examining the acclimation and without exacting any accountability.

These are my three primary grievances with this sub, of which I am sure I am not alone. It is my hope that many if you will wake up and realize that you are the source of your problems, all of them, not women. If you wish to become what so many of you endearingly call Chad, the infallible masculine sexuality, then be prepared to shoulder the world upon your shoulders like Atlas, otherwise, like Sisyphus, you are merely pushing a boulder up a hill that is destined to roll down into a valley for the rest of your lives.

Go ahead and downvote me, most of you come here to have your ego stroked rather than to become brave and balanced men, so it is to be expected.
