And last but not least, if a woman gets drunk and gets into a car and kills your father, fiance, mom or a group of senior citizens coming home from the blue plate special should she get a pass because it "was not consensual"? She didn't remember getting behind the wheel?

We all should be held accountable for our actions, if they are dumb stupid decisions, we should feel shame so we and others do not do them.

Speaking morally: if a person decides to drink, they are responsible for their subsequent actions. Eg drinking and driving, "I was drunk" does not absolve a person from responsibility. If she's conscious she should is responsible.

Speaking legally: don't fuck drunk chicks.

Legally you are responsible for your actions regardless of age or state of mind. Unless you're a woman having sex, in which case all responsibility is on you as a man.

When I was a teenager I had a girl blackmail me with the threat of making a false accusation against me. This wasn't a case of changing her mind after the fact because nothing had ever happened.

I was scared shitless because I knew that an accusation is all it takes to ruin your life. I caved because her demand was small (approximate monetary value $20).

Looking back on it the fact that her demand was so small somehow makes it scarier because it was so fucking casual. Like she had done it before, maybe anytime she needed something. Did she recognize what an inexperienced, fearful kid I was and think it would be easy? That shit fucked me up for a long time. It's like she shoved a giant redpill up my ass.

Another eye opening post to our new reality. What baffles me is how this post can be upvoted to oblivion, rightly so, and yet any mention of a guy going MGTOW or dropping out of the current dating market is met with, "Stop being such a pussy!" "Don't be a little bitch, quitter!" There are even endorsed contributors, supposedly the cream of the crop here, attacking these "quitters".

I'm reminded almost weekly of our current state of relations at work, guys getting fired for "sexual harrassment". I'm 30 years old now and I remember, even 10 years ago, things were better. Girls seemed somewhat normal and approachable.

Honestly I feel safer using escorts these days. Even if a false rape claim happens rarely ; just the idea that I could go to jail, lose almost everything on a bitches single accusation is scary as hell. Here's how to fix this:

If you report the alleged rape more than 24 hours after the fact, it's invalid.
If you have traces of alcohol in your system when file that report, it's invalid. Obviously if you refuse to submit to a blood test it's invalid.
If you have previously complained about your alleged rape on a public platform like social media, it's invalid.
Bonus: if the man can prove that the woman threatened him with a false rape accusation, that woman is goes to prison and gets the same sentence a rapist would have gotten.

Boom, no more false rape accusations.

consider how she sees the interaction. she wakes up next to some guy, and doesn't remember any of the charm, witty banter, dominance, or whatever the fuck she found attractive about you. especially if you're not physically attractive to her when you're both hung over. she's thinking "there's no way i would fuck that guy", and the most logical conclusion is that you forced her.

You're overthinking it to much. A lot of that 'girl talk' is just to excuse themselves if they do fuck someone at a club.. very very few will ever attempt to sink so low as to file a fake rape charge. Especially if they negate their responsibilities to their friends from the onset.

Sure, it does happen, and I know in the US it's very much state dependant on how it's dealt with, but in Australia I could equally say "Your honor, I was drunk and didn't know what I was doing, I can't remember how she got me back to her house and I can't remember what happened". Turn it back on them. Equality under the law remember (here at least, once again, not certain about the US).

Boom, some poor sap accused of rape because some precious little idiot was too blackout to remember whether or not she went home with a guy.

This is a thorny issue - there's a difference between "alcohol has lowered her inhibitions and her slutty side is coming out" and "she's blacked out".

The thing about being black-out drunk is that you not only start to do things you wouldn't do when sober, but that you cease to be able to muster meaningful resistance. I've been black-out drunk a couple of times in my entire life (i.e. thankfully not very often), and I would probably have given any person who asked the number to my bank account, had I been able to remember it in that state (which is pretty unlikely). Spreading your legs for a dude? Doesn't take much.
