Jesus Christ this is mind blowing..

What a sick cunt, pressing charges against her own kid because she forced her hand in the window and refused to retract it? Kid screaming that she chokes and hits him in front of cops?

And she got primary custody? I'm actually not surprised. Women have to work extremely hard to not get primary custody. Good job on having camera rolling for the father. Also this kid was as collected as I would ever imagine 14 year old could be in similar situation.

Kid "Mom you hit me!"

Mom: "And I will hit you again"

....

A word from the father:

"This video was recorded on Sunday, May 26, 2013. It is completely unedited. I (Caleb Leverett) uploaded the video to YouTube the very same day, but kept it set to private until June 6, 2013.

I am Parker's dad, father, biological father, Daddy and guy who cut his umbilical cord. This video was recorded, posted and released with the permission and request of my son, Parker. We only decided to release it after the step-dad in this video (Jason May) admitted to repeatedly trespassing on my land, when confronted by Parker and myself. Neither of us appreciated the harassment.

I am a subscriber to the non-aggression principle (NAP) which basically says that the initiation of force is always immoral. I raise all four of my children in a non-violent manner, i.e., I never spank my kids... EVER. All four of my kids are very familiar with the NAP are extremely well behaved; anyone who knows them personally will testify that this is true.

Until today (Saturday, June 8, 2013) there was no description to the video. I am adding it to help others understand the broader picture. Parker has lived with me full time since the day this was filmed. I picked up my other three kids from their mom and step-dad's house yesterday for my first week of summer vacation with them. The pick up was text book perfect and without incident, of which I am thankful.

I bought Parker his very own iPhone 5 and gave the number to his mom. He is free to call or text her (or anyone in her family) any time he wishes (something I was never granted). He is also free to visit her or her family or friends any time he wishes.

On this day, he is with his cousins in Gardendale, TX playing and working on the family farm. He is excited to have a job this summer. My son and I are very close and are very open. We have a full summer planned and I am excited.

I thank many of you for your kind, encouraging words. I even thank the critics, for your words are teaching Parker and I to hone our skills, and yes, Parker and I read every single word. Have a peaceful day and remember, you own yourself. No one else owns you."

FORCE THE CHILD TO LIKE ME!

[–]Endorsed ContributorRedBigMan 2 points3 points4 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

One second... getting a court order to force the kid to like her. /s

[–]pirateundies 52 points53 points54 points 13 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

This isn't even hamstering. It's full blown crazy. Oh, and if you're looking for any hint that there's at least some emotional abuse:

"Mom you're scaring me!"

"No I'm not!"

Her own kid's emotions don't even exist to her unless they serve her desires.

[–]Invincibull20 points 13 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

I agree with you, but let's not label this "crazy" - that makes it easier to ignore and say NAWALT, etc. People need to realise that this is how a lot of women behave when they don't get their way.

[–]theblatherskyte 12 points13 points14 points 13 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

this isn't crazy. don't absolve her of her actions. this is cold premeditated emotional abuse and she knows exactly what she's doing.

[–]theblatherskyte 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

regardless. saying she's crazy means she has lost control of her mental faculties and is in some way disconnected from reality. The implication being that she would not be behaving this way if she wasn't crazy.

[–]enticingasthatmaybe 3 points4 points5 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

She's not crazy - she's very typical of what happens. She doesn't give two small fucks about her future relationship with her kids. She's not trying to be the kind of person they, as people, want to be around. She's doing everything in her power to soothe her right the fuck now feels. Everything else gets mortgaged for that purpose.

look at her and her crocodile tears trying to influence that officer. It's nice to see that shit doesn't always work.

[–]TRP VanguardYouDislikeMyOpinion 10 points11 points12 points 13 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I'm sure that officer is having enough pussy to the point that he doesn't have beta-goggles.

[–]clack-a-lack 3 points4 points5 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

beta-goggles

I think you've just coined some new terminology.

[–]Invincibull9 points 13 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

I bet the officers being younger has a lot to do with it. A lot of older guys are blue pill to their core (women can do no wrong, men are always the guilty party, women are always better for the kids etc.). With younger guys there's at least a chance of them not being completely brainwashed and somewhat open to being more fair in their assessment and treatment of the situation.

[–]Srint 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

was very surprised the tears didn't influence his deicision

The manipulation from the mother is astounding. Everyone should watch the entire hour-long video. This may not be a psycho mom, but she's definitely never had anyone call her out on her bullshit manipulation. So lets do that for her, shall we?

4:50, mom lays guilt trip, says kid she raised for 14 years isn't going to just go away because they want to 4:53, mom says, "I love you," trying to soften what she just said. 5:07, mom says she's not going to let him drive off because she loves him too much, and they're "too close" 5:15, mom immediately changes gears yet again, laying more guilt and shame on the kid for the "disrespectful and underhanded" way the child is behaving. 5:25, mom begins to poison the well, implying the dad is manipulating him 6:19, after a minute of just saying that he needs to get out of the car, mom accuses son of being "real ugly right now," declares it is very disrespectful, and threatens to call the cops. 6:40, mom directly addresses biological father, says he is not being a good role model, yes MAN UP in the face of her childishness. 7:35, mom implies there's things to do on Sunday that he's interfering with, a BBQ and swimming, and other "fun plans". 8:11, possibly the worst form of manipulation. The mother starts baby-talking to an infant sibling to get the baby and her son to interact. The tactic is to try to manipulate her son's emotions into being softer by involving him in the baby's momentary attention. I've had this done to me, it's disturbing. 8:30, mother addresses her son's heart and how he needs to evaluate if he's doing the right thing. She forces him to question his own judgement. 8:45, mom implies that son has never done this to bio father, and that he has asked to not go with bio father before. Son disagrees, and mother implies that his memory is bad. Way to go mom, make your son question his own sanity to win an argument. 9:25, mom implies that he's just telling his siblings "good bye", while shoving the now smiling baby in his face. Mom implies he won't see his siblings again if he does this. 11:23, mom denies implying she would send son to military school. Says it was all a joke. She obviously is completely in tune with the emotions of her son. I had some manipulative parents, but I never had them joke about sending me away, that's f-ing cold. 12:19, mom implies bio father just plays games. She then directly accuses him of being either high or drunk right in front of her own son. She then says he should start retaking drug testing because if he's not using there's no reason not to. That's choice mom, stay classy. 14:30, mom again forces her own son to question his sanity, condescendingly implying he was stupid for being afraid of being sent to military school. 16:00, mom then changes gears again, says she just wants to hug her son because she can see that he is hurting. For the next 20 seconds she makes up a story about how her son is fine before leaving to see bio father, and then comes back with lot of negativity. She directly tells her son that he is a "happy kid", a most extreme form of manipulation. Kids are not capable of self-determining how happy they are, when parents tell them they are when they are not, they can question their own sanity. 16:40, More emotional manipulation, as the decision the son is making is now being redirected as hurt visited on mom. 16:58, mom goes for broke almost. She removes sunglasses, looks in her sons eyes, gives a light smile, and tells him she loves him. Again emotional manipulation 17:30, mom implies her son is not behaving normally, almost telling him to snap in line and behave normally. 19:10, mom implies this is making bio father very happy because he likes to "stir up trouble". Son replies that it was his choice, not bio fathers. Mom replies, telling her son that he is basically being manipulated by the bio father. This is a basic intelligence insult, more manipulation. 20:45, mom concedes that bio father loves son, but qualifies it with "to the best of his ability." She then says that fathering a child and parenting a child are very different. She essentially insults all fathers, everywhere, directly to her own son. 21:31, mom implies that he's only increasing any possible future punishment for this decision. 22:07, Mom tells bio father to man up, that his own mother would be ashamed of what bio father is doing to manipulate this son of his. 23:12, mom tells son to get out so they don't have cops all over the road, transferring her humiliation to her son. 23:26, mom tells son that it's just a large temper tantrum, again all condescension, no meeting of her own sons intellect. 24:10, mom asks son why he doesn't just do the right thing, asking her son to man up. 24:40, mom implies that son's decision is damaging long term relationships with siblings, mom, and stepfather. 25:30, mom tells son that this is all forever, that she has never left son so therefore, son cannot leave her. 26:53, mom says she can't believe son did this on "today of all days"...The next couple of minutes has some sniping between bio parents. 29:22, mom snipes at bio father, implying that he was drunk-texting her. Son directly contradicts mother, saying dad wasn't drunk, only had 2 beers, mom argues with son over how drunk bio father was during a text message, but backs down and waves hands when son actually holds ground on that issue. 30:38, mom reaches in car to touch son, a clear sign of emotional aggressiveness. Son reacts quite viscerally to this, telling her to get off. He then starts yelling at her, getting very upset at all the fighting in the house. Mom has just pushed too far and has outwardly upset her child. 31:20, mom again forces son to question his own sanity again, disagreeing with him over all the arguments they've supposedly had in this house. 32:50, beta dad now points out to son that this decision separates him from his siblings, son expresses displeasure with this manipulation and mom and beta data accuse son of being disrespectful and rude. So if he sits there quietly, he's being disrespectful, but if he calls them on their bullcrap emotional manipulation, he's being disrespectful. They then directly imply that he's being manipulated by his bio dad to do this. Great Job Parents! 40:30, mom questions son for deciding to leave family that loves him for a man who lives in a shop and only sees him 48 days a year. Son says it's because they don't fight. Mom says it's because he doesn't know bio dad. This is classic divorce manipulation, the moms experience with bio dad must be the same as the kids experience or something is amiss. 42:24 is the moment the mom realizes nothing is working, she tries to open the door, realizes her son is holding the door locked, and tells son that he needs to remove his hand, then accuses son of being "Very ugly" to her. 43:23, son flies into near rage, fully justified, as parents admit that judges aren't available, and cops that are coming don't know anything about what's happening in this situation. He's frustrated that he cannot determine his own fate, and his parents are using him for an emotional tug of war. This part is the hardest to watch, because you can almost watch the son's psyche tearing in half. 44:56, mom literally tells son that he's ruining things because they have a trans-am for him in the back that they were going to surprise him with (or something to that effect). so transparent it's sad. 46:36, mom implies it's the son who has problem, and only him. 47:58 mom questions son's embarassment, implies he is hiding shame over this event. 48-49, Son starts saying some serious things to mom, implying he will ignore her in the future. Mom replies that this is "not real family" when ties are cut. ~49:10 or so, the cops show up, the tears start to re-flow. 50:00, mom starts explaining herself to the cops, realizes she has nothing to accuse either the son or father of in front of the cops, finally just cries and says her son needs to come home. 51:15, mom starts sobbing loudly as she goes into home for ID. 55:53, son accuses mom of hitting him, and she responds with "I will hit you again." Yikes. She corrects herself to "spank", but the son confronts her on this, accuses her of hitting him in the face, even putting hands around his neck. very tough to watch, the kid is pleading with the cops to let him go. 58:05, event turns into a physical confrontation between mother and son over unlocking the car door and pulling him out. Son resists without becoming violent. Mom is probably legitimately upset for the first time in the event. Cop has to step in between to prevent it from becoming a disturbance, mom backs down. Cop is definitely a pro, deserves commendation for dealing with this crap. 1:02:46, mom implies kid is forcing her to be arrested for creating a disturbance just for getting the kid out of the car. Son replies, "if that's what it takes, mom you're scaring me."... mom replies, "I am not scaring you." clearly she's so in touch with her sons feelings she feels free to simply tell her son what he is and is not feeling. She then continues to imply that worse things will happen to him when he gets in the house. Nice. 1:04:48, new cop asks basic questions, son does not want to go in, claims he's scared to go in (can you blame him?), bio dad is willing to take son, new cop says, ok, there's nothing we can do. Mom hits wall, pulls out the "I just want a hug," excuse. 1:07:09, mom asks cop point blank what she needs to do to press charges against her own son, in order to get him out of the car, pretends to be injured by her own son to make this happen. Son calls her out on this very calmly, the manipulation is laid bare. All she cares is getting her son, rational behavior is gone. Son rolls up window after that exchange.

I'd like to feel sorry for the mom... who am I kidding, she's an emotionally manipulative woman who is getting the son she deserves.

Damn

[–]Big_Man_On_Campus 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I forgot to mention the epilogue...

Cops agree to let the bio dad take son. However, son has schoolwork and things inside the house. Son is afraid that if he goes in the house he'll be forced to stay, Cops assure him they won't let that happen. Kid runs in the house to get bag. Cops watch, but stay outside the home (again they have no legal reason to be in the house). Mom goes in house after son. Son comes out about 2 minutes later, with a story of how he had another physical confrontation with his mother inside the house, and was forced to shove her aside to get his things and get out.

I love this, the very end reminds me of the Terminator 2 movie where they throw the T-1000 into the lava and he desperately changes into every form he knows. Well this hamster did the exact same thing and pulled out all the stops to make her ex husband look like a criminal. She gives no shit about that kid, he is just viable to maintain her lifestyle.

I'm not sure who I want to bitch slap first. The psycho, controlling, manipulating mom, or the fat stepdad awkwardly standing around trying to intimidate in a situation he has no fucking business in.

Edit: Them driving away felt like happy ending to a movie lmao

Quick summary? Just don't want to watch an hour-long thing.

[–][deleted] 13 points14 points15 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Dad brings kids to mom's house per custody arrangement. Oldest decides he doesnt' want to go with mom.

Mom calls the cops and tries all sorts of hamstering to get the child to go with her. Hamstering including: "You're not scared!"

Can I press assault charges against him because he pushed my hand through the car window

MY EX HUSBAND IS KIDNAPPING MY CHILD!

Man just imagine what this is going to do to his siblings.

They found out where he is and why he's not staying there with mom and stepdad, and then they'll all cry about how they don't want to be there either after discovering they can say no.

Fellas, take note of the bafoon that she is currently married to. This guy is grade A certified fagatory. I can tell from the way this woman composes herself that she shows zero respect to him, and he doesn't do a damn thing about it. He is merely there for her financial prosperity.

This guy didn't happen by accident. He made a thousand mindful and calculated choices to end up where he is now. He currently is paying for 4 kids that are not his and has an unattractive disrespectful woman for his wife. He chose this life and look at how happy he is.

Purebred fagatory.

[–]Invincibull18 points 13 years ago [recovered] (7 children) | Copy Link

It's just the blue pill. He's built like a football player but his demeanour is blue pill all the way - standing mutely in the background, and following his wife's lead like the dumb animal that he is. This is the behavior that has been cultivated through decades of movies and TV, portraying the loser who takes another man's wife and kids as a hero. The loser who's nothing more than a facilitator for his second-hand wife's whims. The loser who's happy to take a woman after she's had four kids with another man. The loser who lets a woman know that she can dump her husband, take his kids, his house and his money, and the loser will be there waiting with arms open. Without losers like this one, there would be far, far fewer frivolous divorces.

"Men" like this need to be shamed publicly like they were in the old days. This is why the red pill needs to become the dominant social culture.

Actually, I disagree. Yes, the law gives the stepfather no legal power. This is actually a tremendous advantage. When you have less of a dog on the fight, you can be the one to enforce reason. That blue-pill hulk did nothing to restrain the woman from her emotional manipulation, nothing to force her to speak with reason and respect to her son, nothing to enforce fair standards in the discussion instead of the double-standards she was employing.

Would he be risking the relationship with that woman by calling her out on her parenting of this boy? You bet!

Is it worth it! ABSOLUTELY.

1) If the woman you are with, regardless of whether or not the children she's dealing with are also your own, cannot behave rationally around children then she is harming those children, full stop. 2) If the woman you are with, after being corrected on her manipulation of her own kids begins to see you as the enemy, you don't want to be around her and her self-created problems. If she dumps you over enforcing parental fairness standards, she's an emotional child who doesn't deserve a man or children in her life.

So yes, if you're a step-dad, your best role is to get involved as a 3rd party, to distance yourself from your girl's emotions and treat everyone in the encounter as fairly as possible. IF/WHEN you discover that your woman is misbehaving and manipulating the situation, CALL HER OUT ON IT. What is she going to do? Dump you? If she does, she did you a favor.

That stepdad indeed had nothing of value to say.

A man should have plenty to say to a woman who is emotionally abusing her son, regardless of his relationship with that woman.

Exactly, he should be stepping in and providing the sound judgement that she is failing to provide. He doesn't have to be violent/forceful/jackass about it, but he should be asserting his role as being a responsible party to her behavior.

Sigh. Yes, there are crazy people in the world. No, it does prove anything in terms of whether marriage is a good thing or a bad thing.

If you want to get married - do it. Just make sure you get married to the right girl.

Let's not call her crazy, she's unwilling to accept that anything is her fault as the courts have validated, but she needs her children around for emotional validation and she's fighting for that very hard so her brain won't even consider the possibility that she is causing great emotional trauma for her children. It's what a large portion of women would do in this situation, and it's not pretty.

I was just trying to make a point. Sometimes dramatic examples are needed to have a blue-pill guy come to certain realizations.

[–]KetoJennic 2 points3 points4 points 13 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

The video has nothing to do with marriage, and everything to do with who you choose to make a baby with. If he hadn't married her, he would be dealing with the exact same issues.

[–]CirxChakrAS 2 points3 points4 points 13 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

You're absolutely right. But yet again, I'm just sharing a link to make a point. Would you like me to change the title if it so misleading?

[–]KetoJennic 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

TBH, I would prefer "Why You Shouldn't Knock Up Manipulative, Emotionally Abusive Bitches."

Really, marriage is quite easy to get out of (although financially disadvantageous). Make a baby with her, you're stuck dealing with her for decades. Even if you take the common tactic of moving away and/or only seeing your kid every other weekend, you'll still be putting up with her shit for the rest of your life.

[–]rayne117 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

No. Being married changes the law DRAMATICALLY no matter where you live.

EDIT: Nevermind, some adults come out at 27:10 (why did she say "all by themselves"? Maybe they were in there by themselves for a bit?)

Not sure if anyone else noticed, at 14:51 the step-father takes the <5 year old into the house.

At 23:40 the mother says "Will you call Marissa and have her come across and watch the kids. I don't want them in there by themselves".

You're welcome Caleb Leverett.

Why you should choose who you marry carefully and not let your dick make the decision.

EDIT, wait, what? She is not even hot.

kinda sad how the cop flip flopped like that, and I feel bad for the mom, seeing her at that low spot.. there are two sides to every story - and I hope the boy is happy, somewhere. there is seriously something going on. it could be teen angst, it could be angry mother\stepfather abuse.. maybe both. messed up. and that football dude is pretty huge.

edit: ive been thinking about it, and i think the law sounds kind of fucked up there. if she has legal custody, then the husband should be responsible to drop the kid off, right? i dont know the law well enough but it almost seems like you can manipulate the child during your hours. i dont know, been thinking about this for a while - and will think about it some more. hope the boy is happy.

[–]itsmehobnob 1 point2 points3 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

There are not 2 sides to every story. Sometimes there are 1, 3, 4 even more. In this case there are many. People are not entitled to have their side respected, as much as people want that to be the case.

[–]enticingasthatmaybe -1 points0 points1 point 13 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

there are two sides to every story

For a mother to have driven her son away - she must have been deep into the abuse. Just listen to the things she yells at him. Basically telling him how he should feel to suit her own needs.

You can't force a teenager to do something against his / her will. The father did his part, but the kid (good on him) flat refused to exchange custody. He's 14 years old; he has that right.

[–]KetoJennic 2 points3 points4 points 13 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

I've known plenty of mothers who could manipulate their young teens into being 'against' their father. There's no reason a father couldn't do the same.

This bitch may seem crazy, but dad picked her and made four kids with her. It's entirely possible he's a manipulative POS, too.

[–]enticingasthatmaybe -1 points0 points1 point 13 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

So, no culpability on the mother's part then? Gotcha

[–]KetoJennic 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Oh, mom's obviously batshit. But how much better can dad be if he picked her to make four (four!) children with? I mean, he knew her for years and still thought "I should make her somebody's mother." I watched fifteen minutes of a video and I'm ready to sterilize her.

[–]Big_Man_On_Campus 1 point2 points3 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I disagree. This isn't even close to batshit. This is run-of-the-mill mommy-plays-double-standards kind of behavior. It's so common it's practically a pandemic.

[–]enticingasthatmaybe 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This kind of behavior isn't really crazy though. It's very typical for a woman to move whatever feelings she has for her husband towards her kids then start seeking personal validation from them.

The dude didn't marry the woman you're seeing. What you're seeing is the treatment someone receives when their wife has no more need of their company.

[–]formatlostmypw 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

man, who knows - there is a lot we dont see. its easy to speculate, but there is probably more going on in this story than that youtube clip

[–]slippery_people2 points 13 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

That dude was huge.

[–]Decibelle 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago* (2 children) | Copy Link

Man... nobody wins when something like this happens. This must be awful for both sides. :(

EDIT: Just to clarify: imagine how you'd feel, hearing a child who is meant to be taken back to your home tell you, "I don't want to be near you any more." It'd be heartbreaking. Everyone loses in this kind of situation.

[–]enticingasthatmaybe 5 points6 points7 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Women don't ever think of their future relationships with their children during bitter custody battles. Everything is mortgaged for the 'right the fuck now' feels.

Men can compose themselves and accept their fucked up situation enough to understand that they have to be the kind of person their children want to be around as adults. So, when the children start getting older and are able to notice that daddy is level headed, kind and loving, and mom has just been trying to protect herself; well, you can do the math there.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

So what if its "heartbreaking". She caused it on herself by the way she treated her kid. How does everyone lose in this situation? The kid is allowed to stay with dad; seems like a win for them.

[–]Endevour 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Watched the entire thing from start to finish. This whole video evokes some strong emotion. In my country, children can choose which parent they want to live with at the age of 12.

[–]Endorsed ContributorNiftyDolphin 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This was just a proxy-fight between her and her ex-husband.

She obviously viewed her custody of the children as a way to show that she was better than her husband. Her solipsism caused her to believe that if she thought that way, then her husband must think that way also.

Custody of the child = points. Must win.

[–]R501 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I had a hard time watching this. This happened to me when I was a kid, but the cop made me go back with my mom. Luckily dad got full custody of me a couple years later at 13/14 years old. She died in '07, and the truth is, my life is better off with her gone and I rarely miss her.

In keeping with the Matrix theme, I'm like the character Kid, who awoke to the truth by self-realization. I never really thought that growing up with a super-hamstering-selfish-bitch-mother was the cause of my awakening.

Sorry about that, my mistake for not reading the post rules this time. Won't happen again.
