A fellow student at my college committed suicide recently. His life and mine were too damn similar but ironically, I never got to know him. We are both from immigrant families from the same town of the same country. Our parents went to the same college at around the same time there. Here in the US, he and I went through the same academic programs and were admitted into the same college.

He suffered depression and anxiety attacks exactly like I have for the longest time. And you know what, RedPill? You are right. I can't talk to anyone about what has caused my mental health problems because honestly no one gives a shit unless paid to. But that's not the point.

The reason I'm thanking this subbreddit and its community is because it opened my eyes and made me mentally tough. Much more so than just a year ago. I still have severe problems and am still very much in the anger phase but I want to thank you guys because you saved me. It's crystal clear that I would have ended up like him if I had not internalized the things I've learned here. Not just about girls and sexual strategy but how these concepts apply to all other social/professional aspects of life as well.

Hopefully I can lift the feels away.
