Could be because she "pulled up" to a buncha guys and did "squats" on their junk for the past umpteen years, but what do I know, right?

In all seriousness, it sounds as if these women are still not able to comprehend the fact that their SMV has tanked and the tables have turned against them in the dating market.

Men want women who have a nice peach and will give him peace. Sounds like these women didn't get that memo.

I'm in my 50s. I date women in their late 30s and early 40s.

I have zero intention to marry.

My standards are what they've always been.

She can't be fat. She can't be a leech. She can't be a bitch. No stds.

Now, I do have lots of free time, as I retired early. And I have quite a bit of money. And I'm 6 foot 1.

So I do ok. Women need to learn that men want to date younger, and they had better get used to it. They can date older, or get a dog.

Some of these comments are in line with what we see on this sub regularly. But some are genuinely surprising to me, especially about men allegedly going for much younger women. They claim that men in their late 50s regularly date women 20 years younger. It’s not a thing in my experience, rarely women in their 30s date much older men.

What's the solution to all of this?

I don't see anything changing until there's a major economic crisis or world event like a major war. Am I to continually look for women who aren't like this? That's such a headache and feels like a fruitless endeavor. The traditional wisdom of finding traditional women at church doesn't work anymore. Every part of society has been infected with feminism.

I know some people say go overseas but I'm not familiar with the language or culture in the East, so the likelihood that I get roped into something I don't want would be high. I'm genuinely at a loss at what to do.

So this woman thinks she's entitled to a man that's taller than her, but men aren't entitled to a woman that's younger that him?

And she claims that she'd take a man shorter as long as he's well built. Which really means if he brings a lot more to the table to overcompensate for his lack of height, she'd give him a remote shot (notice how she said "she'll take one" instead of "I'd be happy with"). But of course, she expects the men who get her wet which are men with all these other choices to feel privileged being with an inferior product.

The younger women can be a bit nutty, but also they are more attractive and disposable because it is more like a transaction as they are benefitting from his years of accumulating resources. The women who complain either never accumulated enough resources, are unwilling to create this structure that is unnatural to their evolution or can't find the one that checks all the boxes - or they aren't worth it to the ones they desire.

What this particular representative of womanhood misses is that the battle of the sexes is asymetric. From a merely survival expectation all men have to do is NOTHING. The men can make it on their own accord. The women not so much. The world in which they swim thru is the societal waters that men built.

Women like to talk about how they want to feel “chemistry”. Men want their own version of that and most women over 50 just don’t do it for them. It’s biology not “unreasonable standards”.
