Welcome to a man's life, sweetie. If she complains about not getting male attention, she's either so picky that 99,9% of men are not even people at their eyes, or she's horribly fat/physically disgusting.

And that's entirely in her power to be "hot". It's not some irrealistic goal like "I wish I could fly". As a future doctor, she should know what do physically wise.

Hey, I can attest. I used to be 200lbs with zero muscle. Once i got "hot" by losing 40lbs and lifting weights, my whole outlook on life changed.

Conversely, this made me think of the amount of times I've seen "hot" women complain about being hit on on social media. It's basically all TwoXChromosomes is ("I WAS RAPED TODAY WHEN A MAN WHISTLED AT ME").

I m sure it's because she doesn't try to improve her look. Everybody can be at least decent, and women have some cheats with makeup:

loose fat, exercise
take care of hair
makeup
learn how to dress
be nice

Impossible to not look at least OK with that.
