I come from a background of abuse and as a result I have CPTSD and social anxiety. I have no self-esteem. Anyway I've been talking to this guy online for 2 months. We started off as friends then he told me he had feels for me. He's been a really supportive person to have in my life but there's just a few niggles I have. Like the other week in my ballet class my teacher told me I need to tone up. This really upset me though maybe I was being overly sensitive. I said to this guy about being told to tone up and he just found it funny and said it was a silly thing to get upset over.

We've had a few occasions like this where he's not given me the reassurance I need and it's resulted in an argument. I know it's my fault for having anxiety but I don't know what to do. The other week he said my anxiety was hard work, but when he realised this upset me he apologised and said I'm not hard work. However it's still on my mind. I brought it up again earlier and he said it's ridiculous and silly to be thinking about something that happened weeks ago.

He asked if I'd thought about getting therapy for my anxiety. I have had therapy on and off. I didn't realize my anxiety affected him so much that he thinks I need therapy. I just feel so guilty and horrible for having these issues.
