I wouldn’t be comfortable if my boyfriend was friends with his fwb ex. Also he’s a LVM, why would I keep him around.

That's up to you. You have to ask yourself if it's worth the possible trouble? Will your SO be upset if he finds out?

Why do you want to hang out with this other guy? Are you benefiting from this friendship?

You seem to be fine without having him in your life so it's odd you suddenly want to include him.

What does he even offer you? Seems like a waste of your energy to be keeping him around. I would find it innappropriate if the roles were reversed and my partner was still friends with an ex fwb.

Based on your description of your friendship, you’re not even really friend friends anyway. If he’s not consistently bringing up your time together or hitting on you or making you feel weird about your past, then I honestly don’t see the problem, personally.

No, do not ever tell men about your sexual past. Never do it. It makes LVM crazy and an HVM wouldn’t care to know, anyway.

Again based on the fact that you see him at school and group events, it doesn’t seem like you’re even friends with this guy, so I wouldn’t sweat it. Unless for some reason you feel uncomfortable about it.

It doesn’t seem very HV to keep talking to the friend, so good job fading him. Do not hang out with the friend anymore and keep your distance. And no, your man doesn’t need to know your dating history, what would sharing that accomplish?

End that friendship completely. if your HVM finds out that not only did you hid it from him and you still hang out with him you will never recover.

A HV woman won’t have male friends and will not make it a point to keep male company around when she’s in a relationship. If there’s a circumstantial reason for her having male acquaintances (work-related), then she will always involve her partner in some way if any interaction is involved.

What do you get out of being friends with that guy you hooked up with, other than having your ego stroked?
