In addition to leveling up in regards to career, finances, lifestyle, social life and therapy, it is also important to face a hard truth of life: looks and physical appearance matter and are arguably a determinant of how your life will turn out. Having once been that guy who didn't shower for days on end, to actually putting the slightest bit of effort in my appearance, I can confidently tell you that my quality of life was night and day.

Having been lurking on the main sub for quite a while and having lived with other guys, it is no exaggeration that lots of men don't even do the bare minimum when it comes to their personal appearance. Now of course, not all men can be 6'5" with a perfectly symmetrical male model's face, but improving on the things that can be controlled makes a huge difference and every guy could benefit from it.
