You have seen the advice given here, and without a doubt the opinion expressed is that this is such shitty behavior on so many levels you do not even have to consider what to do next.

I had my heart broken by a girl. In hindsight I was her orbiter (trust me, you are also an orbiter). I was so deep in the friendzone but couldn't see it, just like you do not see it at the moment. I was willing to risk my marriage. I didn't care if we were seen together.

I escaped the friendzone and then the 'relationship' fizzled out. Fast.

I am not telling you to forget about her because it is morally wrong, you are married or she is a colleague. I am telling you to forget about her because this relationship is not what you think it is. Trust me on this one.

Replace her with a mission. Let the mission keep you awake at night, let the mission consume your hours of daydreaming. What mission? Any. To join the 1000lb club, building the biggest birdhouse in town, having the best lawn in the street.

Find something constructive to do with your time. Never make a woman your mission.

Workplace relationships always seem like a bad idea to me if you're both in LTRs and/or you plan to stay at the job for a long time. One or both of you probably get caught eventually, one of you feels too guilty after awhile, the honeymoon period ends and you start seeing each others' faults, or she just gets plain tired of you after a few screws, etc. Then you're stuck seeing this person every single day, a sharp daily reminder of a rash decision.
