Unplugging now for 4 months. Lifting is good, sex is slightly better than when I was plugged in, but maybe because we are trying to have a kid. I read the sidebar materials, and am reviewing them now.

When I got back from the gym, I saw my wife in the kitchen making lunch for the kids. I said good morning, pulled her towards me and tried to do a 10 second kiss as MMSLP suggested. I got pushed away after two seconds. I said, what about a real kiss? To which she responded in a passive aggressive tone: "I don't see you making lunch for the kid". I STFU because I couldn't think of an AA response. This is a pretty typical response from her. I know I failed it, and would like to hear how best to respond to future shitty criticisms.

By the way, she goes overboard with making cutesy cut out sandwich shapes whereas I buy him lunchables. And I work my ass off handling finances, and hiring people to clean and take care of the yard, managing household, finances, pets, cars. I am no slouch. In fact, I keep myself busy throughout the day improving me or fixing things around the house while she Facebooks about half the time. My SMV is probably 7. I think hers is probably 6.
