Long story short, just bought house with girlfriend (don’t give a shit about the money and made her pay half and you can always sell it), but for a while she has been playing this “wicked step mother” and “helpless child” routine. Where she needs help doing everything and tries to be cutesy about it, but then she will go on these “paranoia” breaks and try to relate how forgetting to get something at the grocery store is “so disrespectful and you never listen to me”. I do have a massive problem saying no to her and expressing what I want, but have just started the journey. I’m following the techniques in NMMNG, but wondering if WISNIFG I’d the right next step to take. She is also super clingy and it might have something to do with me walking out on her a few times (she always gets very angry when this happens unlike some other responses people get on here) and the fact 10 years ago when we first met I was hooking up with some of her friends. Also, we both work from home and she started crying and getting angry when I told her I am being told to return to office. She is saying she doesn’t know how she’ll manage if I’m not around. She grew up very spoiled and mentions how her dad never told her no and she always gets what she wants from him. She even has his credit card to this day and she is almost 30.

Sex is barely existent and not what is used to be, but holy shit she has been the best sex I have ever had, just super fun and “experimental” up until about 2 years ago then the drop off has been steep.

What do you think my next steps are? Reading WISINIFG or should I look into something else to read and follow? I just want to take our relationship back to what it was a couple years ago.
