First, thank you for all the help so far. Original post

The lawyer told me that going to the police would be a waste of time as I am a man and have no evidence, plan and simple. He told me that some people will tell you to keep a journal of abuse but that has not worked for other clients in the past. The take away was that I have two options; One-When I usual back down--do not and let the situation go nuclear and then I will have evidence or Two-Make a long term plan so that when the doctors let me drive again I will be ready to file and hopefully if my cards are played right I get 50/50 custody or if I am really lucky more than 50/50.

So, I am looking for advice or even just a list of posts that others have found helpful to them in the past with making a plan of this sorts. Basically divorce in 6-9 months.

I am looking for some exercises I can do to get ripped with what I have around the house, as I can not drive anywhere. I have googled and searched but I am looking for something that actually works. I have two kettle bells(25,15) and an assortment of things such as bags of sand, big rocks and pretty much anything you can find in a country setting. 6'2" 182lbs low body fat abs showing just want to build up from here. There are limitations with my illness (menieres) but I am working out on my good days.

  Routine:

5x5 with 50lbs bag of sand 2+ days a week depending on my ability

  OHP

  Bench

Squat adding a second bag on first and second set

Trying to find something to actually do dead lifts with

Basically I am stuck doing levels 1 and 2 of dread from what I can think of with my limitations nothing really in walking distance. Working on myself and trying to be more of the primary care giver to my little one. Or is there something else to try?

End goal to be a great dad with a "civil" relationship with my ex-wife and having a fun and full social life.
