When you've spent a year internalizing the red pill you won't have to analyze every little thing because at that point it will just be natural to you.

You also won't care as much via abundance. When you have two in the kitty your game naturally improves. I'm guessing you're overanalyzing because this is the only girl you're working on right now, am I right?

Transform yourself and turn yourself into a high-value Man.

When you have become strong and physically fit. When you have developed a rock-solid frame. When you have become self-validating. When you have experienced real abundance. When you have taken pussy off of the pedestal. When you have found your mission and you are following it. When you have a social circle of men you respect. When you have developed a spine, and become formidable as a man. When other men want to hang with you and other women want to fuck you.

At that point, you will have absolutely no worries about "planning every move" or plotting every line. It will just happen for you, fluidly, naturally. Women can be so filled with desire, most are dying to be seduced by a masculine man who is self-assured and confident.

When you have internalized the truth and then done the important and difficult work of transforming your life and building your value you will experience genuine sexual desire from women, and game will become extremely easy. Then it is simply a matter of learning how to communicate honestly with chicks, and letting them glimpse your value as a man. And maintaining your edge.

No need for tactics. No need for games.

You're pretty much describing old PUA and noobs that don't bother reading the theory. Tactics tactics tactics, faking attractive signals.

Red pill is the distillation of experimentation and experience into much simpler guidelines that don't require tactics.

Example: PUAs found out that it's better to pretend being busy than to tell the truth. Red pill tells you that if you're actually living a busy life full of interesting activities you don't have to pretend.

Only then is there congruency. Words, attitude, actions are in agreement. Not necessary to fake attractive signals, if you're actually living an attractive life.

Spend enough time on it and TRP will become your second nature. TRP on socializing doesn't give you specific strategies for specific situations, it teaches you how others think of the way you react. Because you now understand, you can easily apply it in any conversation because you understand what you're doing.

See it as mathematics. Sometimes you learn a new mathematical skill but you just don't understand it. You study hard to remember it but every year you need to read about it again or else you'll forget. However, once you understand it you will never forget it because now it's logical.

It's called the red pill because this is the truth, you just haven't woken up to it yet. Just like in the matrix, most people don't want to know this shit, and would rather live in their comfortable fake reality where women are precious little snowflakes. In reality, they're like men in a lot of ways. They want sex and they want to do freaky shit. But unlike men, deep down, most women also want someone to take care of them and spoil them, which is why they will marry beta-bucks guys once they're done having their fun. Contrarily, men naturally pride themselves on accomplishing goals, being independent, and being providers for women who are "worthy" of having their children. This goes back to primitive instinct.

If you're naturally more feminine, that's fine, and it's certainly possible that you can act beta and do just fine with women. But most men have an voice inside that tells them they shouldn't be buying flowers or kissing their woman's ass all the time - they should be pursuing their goals and only bring women into their lives when it benefits them. The red pill isn't about following a script or putting on an act. It's about drowning out the mainstream, hollywood fairy-tale image of what a man should be and finally listening to that instinctual voice.

Internalizing TRP so it becomes second nature IS hard. Not gonna sugar coat it. We've all been conditioned to be mewling beta bucks for 18+ years of our life so we need to spend a lot of effort to de-program.

That said, you shouldn't try to be PERFECT with women. Focus on ONE thing at a time if you're trying to improve your behavior like eye contact, being unreactive, not paying for the date, etc. Internalize each one and get a lot of 'reps' with tonnes of interactions with different women. It'll become second nature in no time.

A good overarching framework to remember is AMUSED MASTERY. Amused mastery neatly encapsulates the key aspects of interacting with women and if you're ever in doubt on a date, you can just think "What would an amused master do?". Try it, it works.

Totally relate to this..when I first started game. It produced immediate results and was like fishing with dynamite.

But then like any sport if you miscalculate and don't know what to do...or what the next move should be you crash and burn.

It takes time to re-program yourself from all the Blue Pill nonsense you were raised with.

As you get better and better at meeting and banging women, this stuff becomes second nature and you're not thinking process, you're thinking...enjoyment---what do I most enjoy about this interaction.

It's a great point. I like to think of it this way.

The "tactics" aren't instructions, they're mileposts. In other words, they should be indications as to whether you're self-improvement is naturally leading to alpha, high-SMV behavior. Over time if you're doing the right "big picture" things - lifting, mission, practicing approach - you should notice the "tactics" starting to occur naturally, or at least close with very little tweaking needed.

If you think of each thing as "if abc happens, then I should do xyz" especially when live and in the moment, it'll come across as mechanical, clumsy, and yes you'll be exhausted and your dick likely won't work because the wrong part of your brain is on.
