I think the best method is to turn it into a joke. "Huh that's weird cuz I'm a virgin" or "I've banged twice as many guys." This only works if you are able to make it obvious you are joking. And considering she is (seriously) asking you that question it shouldn't be too difficult to pull off.

Sometimes I’ll get asked about n-count but moreso they’ll often say something like “I bet you’ve fucked a bunch if girls huh?”. IMO it’s half shit test and half compliment. On one hand they’re indicating you have noticeable SMV, and on the other they may be angling to make themselves seem special, as in they won’t fuck you that easy like all the other horny non-angels. Just play it cool. Sometimes this line of conversation does get in the way and at others they are face down ass up within the hour. Had a chick over the other day with a low n-count (19 years freshmen in college, big on church, she said 3 and I’m going to believe it was genuinely in the 4-6 range) and she was pretty wary because I wasn’t catering to this and was amplifying as if she was any other slut. First time seeing each other and she blew me but didn’t fuck because that’s for “people I date”. It’s not all uniform across the board. Every female has innate traits but they also can be wildly different in a lot of ways. I’d say just read it and say what will spin her mental wheels the most in your favor. Your n-count will likely only matter somewhat to the conservative, less sexual type looking for a boyfriend, in other cases it will mostly serve as validation that a number of other chicks have been willing to have sex with you.

It means that she thinks you CAN fuck loads of pretty girls, but that she would also feel invalidated if she were just another notch for you.

When a girl asks this question I start with a joke:

"I don't know what you're talking about. I'm a virgin [clasp your hands together and look up at your imaginary halo]."
