Ignoring everything she says, the important question is are you getting laid more? If yes then it’s it’s competition anxiety, if no then maybe she really doesn’t find you that attractive anymore but keep doing your thing anyhow and move up to a better girl.

Start to wear suits. No matter how weird it seems or you get made fun of, real men wear suits and it impresses even 20 year olds. I know I have them around me.

Two, my LTR gave me shit after I lost 45 KG and started to buy clothes and kept a beard and even got rid of body hair ( which she said she loved previously).

Did I look and feel sexy... You bet. SMV went up.

How she reacted... By hitting the gym when her friends started hitting on me.

Now she likes everything I've done.

It could be you are getting attention from other women now, and she also wants to see if your makeover is a fake or if you are really changing. See if the new you is really the new you kind of thing. That's it to put it simply. She doesn't have to like everything about you or your interests btw.

Psst, I hope stays between you and me, OP. I'll tell you a secret: She does not have to like everything that you believe raises your SMV. I know, I know, hard stuff, unbelievable. But it's possible that you look worse now, no matter what you buddies tell you.

Be honest to yourself, this is an option. Not every change you do to yourself is an improvement just because you did it. But people don't want you to know that. You must believe everything you do about yourself is automatically a success and those who disagree, like your LTR, are automatically wrong. No exception to this.
