This is actually really solid advice. I've employed these tactics for years. One thing I'll say is #7 is very important...... don't give them an 'option' to do something with you, phrase it in a way that you're already doing something together and what's more important is the specifics of what you're doing. Women love decisive men.

These are all good but I've always been iffy on saying "we should...". I feel like it's a little too pushy and makes the girl feel like she has to say yes. I could be wrong though. What would you guys do in this situation?

We work together, very far away though (different departments). I wouldn't ever run into her unless I deliberately go out of my way to see her. We've spoken maybe 4 times, 3 mins each. I asked her out before Christmas (19th or 20th?) she said she was getting ready to go back to her hometown for the holidays, which is just a polite way of saying no. Tbh not that hot, kinda cute, seems like a fun girl, but of the shine went away after being rejected haha. Going back to work soon, I'm thinking of asking her out again just to get a definite answer. Should I?
