She’s looking something up on her phone like which restaurant to go to: “Hmm let me see which ones are nearby” and you put your hand under hers which is holding her phone while you lean in close

Easiest one: when you first see her on the first date and exchange initial hi’s, you can go in for a hug. Every time I’ve tried that it goes over well. If she plays a string instrument like guitar or is into fitness (lifting) , have a light talk about it. I then like to tell her about how I have crazy callusses on my hands from lifting heavy and playing guitar (show them). Then I'll simply ask her to show her hands (often does that on her own) and I'll touch them.

I can't think of anything or technique that could describe that. It's only one thing. calibration. screening the girl's responses on what you can get away with and how to push your limits far enough but not too far. depends on the girl's personality, how the night going, the vibe, and the conversational topic. so so many things so it's impossible to generalize that. if you're not that smooth with making moves just have a shortlist of what you can do like lifting her up, comparing hands, holding hands, making excuses to touch her, kissing her, and so forth. the girl usually lets you know how far you can go

Make a joke push them slightly. Pass them hold their shoulders and pass. Scare them tease them touch them . Say they have beautiful hair and touch. When they follow you in a club or street agive out your hand. touch them slightly when you hand out anything or take anything. NOW this is important see if it reciprocated then it's on.
