Not really alpha male here, but I used to be really shy and didn't talk to women at bars/clubs etc (they usually made the first move). After using mdma I realized that confidence is key. I got a whole new perspective.

Material: Without a doubt, The Blueprint Decoded by RSD. It's worked for me and countless others to get us to the next level.

Experience: I would say the one month sarging bing I went on in December and January (which I documented in FRs here) took me from good to great. I would recommend everyone try the same at some point in your life. It allowed me to fine tune my own style of game and calibrate it properly.

I am working on it and I am not there. I've improved drastically in the last month or so just by working at it with a determination. I was already quite familiar with theory (about 2 years ago I studied it quite extensively but I didn't work on applying it).

I believe strongly that people here tend to post about their "high" moments. I mean, I went out last night but I don't really have anything worth posting. So we get a view of "sudden success". We miss most of the nights of work put in practicing where rejections are the norm.

I do not believe in "magic bullets", like you will meditate under a banyan tree and reach enlightenment on a concept like the Buddha. The moments of enlightenment are more on internal concepts like "how important internal state and frame are". But like the sense of balance one feels while riding on a bike, these can't be taught or even adequately described. Only through practice can we become used to the feeling.

I stopped looking into stuff like the Mystery Method and began listening to David DeAngelo seminars to pass the time at work. It hit me one day that inner game is 90% of the equation.

My experience: You've heard there is no magic bullet (there isn't) but it's helpful thinking there is one. It leads you to shorter terms goals while the overall process spans years and it's so gradual you might not notice. That game changing fountain of wisdom you seek will constantly change yet you will keep looking until you get sick of the material and it starts to get repetitive. Along the way, you won't think "finally I found the fountain!" but rather it's a reactive realization one day while you're making out with a hot girl in a bar.

i had my one-itis in college freshman year. HB8 that i lost my virginity to. became all supplicating and boring "whatever you wanna do babe!" cuz i thought that's what girls wanted. she broke up with me and i was CRUSHED. didn't even wanna think about other girls and kept trying to get her back. it SUCKED. i was so hung up on her that i only looked for girls who reminded me of her in some fashion and had very little success sophomore and junior years. senior year i had another girlfriend for a little bit but was still hung up on my ex. stumbled across david deangelo's e-book "double your dating" and was BLOWN. AWAY. literally changed my life. started reading up on other stuff, trying things out, couldn't believe the difference a little attitude shift made. not all of a sudden, but gradually. and it's a self-reinforcing cycle. more confidence=more success=more confidence=more success.
