Hi guys !

So I'm a really skinny guy (5'11 , 132lbs) (1m80, 60kg). We all now that being fat is quite unattractive, but I can tell you that being skinny is not better. It can even be worst because your body language is nonexistent.

So, I'm trying to get some weight, I work out regularly and I have put some muscles and I'm proud of it. But it still hard for me to think that I can be physically attractive.

Last time I dated a girl, she turned me down, her reason was: "You are too skinny, you look weak!". Whatever. Today, I don't give a shit when people are making (nasty) comments about my weight, but it used to sadden me.

From a rational point of view, I know that there are things more important than your looks, like confidence. But emotionnaly, I'm still imagining that my thinness is too repulsive and that is one major reason why I don't have better results. I know this is irrational but I want to change that state of mind, but I can't.

How should I proceed?

Thanks in advance :)
