Go for it. In my experience older women are fun. No nonsense. I used to hang out with one of the secretaries at my old job. No drama. Actually...I'll confess. I banged every secretary at my old job. I’m 38/m and dating a 48/f at the moment. She is training for a marathon so is definitely in shape and looks younger than 48. This is the oldest woman I’ve ever dated and I’m also the youngest man she’s ever dated.

Do you act so "friendly" and "nice" around women? What kinda vibes do you give?

If you notice, all the things I mentioned above are things that you can control. Don't sweat over things you can't control. And I highly recommend you hire a dating coach. You'll be surprised how changing simple small things will have a large impact. Specially that you have your life together.

I think you need more practical advice than theoretical. Like your clothing for example. Maybe you need to re-evaluate your style. I'm not saying change tour wardrobe completely. Just make a few alterations. Like wearing clothes that fit you. And haircut, get a style that you know will suite you. Maybe add a nice watch, preferably a gold one at your age. Maybe a ring too, gold. Just one. Preferably on the same hand your watch is on. Start going to gym. Start going once a week. Then turn it up a notch as time goes so you can adapt as you're probably a busy person. Maybe you already do idk. I tried my best to make a short summary. And once you make some changes on physical appearance your mindset will also change also. This is not a formula to get ladies but if you love yourself enough it will reciprocate from the ladies little by little. Women should see your standards in life as soon as they look at you. And analysing your post I think it might do with your physical appearance.

As a fellow shorty 5’5-5’7 I can confidently say you gotta have a lot of charisma and charm - but I have scored cuties anywhere from 25-40 on tinder and otherwise and usually don’t have major issues getting what I want.

Being a high earner and being in shape helps, but those are more relationship traits than hookup traits.

Everyone is going to tell you something different without actually knowing you. Im blessed that I am quite good looking albeit being short. Until I learned how to be charming and charismatic - women would keep me on the back burner.

Being funny helps a lot. You say in new groups you become the favourite right away? Not sure if your exaggerating or maybe inflating your status or not because that’s hard for me to process.
