Okay, field report, (F#1) went to the gym and finished up she was as well we both linked up at the shelf storage area, I initiated a conversation as I smiled she smiled back which is a great sign, I proceeded to ask her that I noticed she has been coming to the gym for a while, which she states the same, and I asked her what was her name again? she gave her name X when I replied with mine Y, then I went forward and said "Hey this might be a little bit forward, but would you be interested in a date sometime?" BAM! mic-drop she smiles and blushes A bit, note however, my heart rate is jumping out of my chest at this moment keep in mind.. okay moving forward we exchange numbers, I said it was nice meeting you X. Then I went forward to set up a date, then she replied and said "Hey, thank you for asking me out, let us put this off for a little bit, as I'm not mentally ready for something yet" which I replied okay no problems take your time to lemme know. (This was my first cold approach ever I think this went pretty well).

(F#2) came to the gym one day, I noticed her coming here for a while and sometimes I caught her glancing and preening a bit, I went up to her after the gym as she finished her set wet both were pretty gassed at this point since I just finished my run and her sets, I introduce myself again we start a small conversation noticing each others presence in the gym, after a bit of chatting I moved forward again with the method I used in my first approach "Hey, this might bit forward but would you be interested in going on a date?" she then kindly smiled at me put her hands on my elbows and said "thank you for being brave and asking me out, unfortunately, I have a partner" which I replied that is okay all goods then she said "but I'd gladly work out with you if you are ever at the gym though" which I said I'd very much enjoy that and both said nice to meet each other then smiled and went out separate ways.

(F#3) most recent encounter, I went to the shop to buy some shoes cause my gym shoes were not looking too healthy, went to the shop and noticed this attractive female I struck up a conversation about shoes and how to take care of them I gave her admiration for her knowledge with shoes and her body language changed a bit, I picked out a pair of shoes I wanted she went and grabbed them and gave them to me to try on, she said she was going to give another customer a hand then came back, we kept chatting a bit about shoes and what we both do and study. I just got a haircut as well, and then she noticed I had a bit of hair on my nose and said "Hey can I just.. she then moved closer to grab a few bits of hair from my forehead (keep in mind this is a stranger I just met) then said there we go giggles and blushes a bit.. Then we went up to wring up the commodities, I asked her "Hey would you be interested in going on a date?" she then held up her hand... said "I'm actually married" Then we both just chuckled so loud everyone in the shops looking at me and her, but I enjoy the moment and play it off she then acknowledged my courage and bravery for cold approaching. Then I replied I didn't wanna come off as a creep then she said I was well mannered and kept my distance and wasn't pushy. (Okay this coming from a girl I just met is a real confidence booster, I was not as devastated compared to (F#2), but I got over that and moved on rather quickly)

I just wanna say, that it is not that hard to approach females in my opinion I just talk to them now like I would talk to my bro and if I feel a connection with the girl I go move forward and shoot my shot.
