Best way to see is by flirting like you would do with any other women. And by flirting I don't mean "Hey your beautiful" that's hitting on someone. Flirting is trying to attract someone with out any serious intentions. Aka plausible deniability that your actually seriously hitting on them.

Example:

He -I wanna be with the girl, I love but ,WHAT SHOULD I SAY TO HER?

She - Say “will you be my princess” it's effective

He - will you be my princess?

She - yes

He - Cool!! , It works. I WILL SAY TO HER.

Now that's a stiff example good flirting is natural and flows well in the convo. If she flirts back enough times that's a sign there could be something there. After a month or two if you got aforementioned green lights ask her out for coffee and make a move from there.
