The best advice I have every received is once you have the date it means you already have interest, stop overthinking of needed to overly trying to impress just be how you would be in a normal social situation. I would also recommend just do you since you are still young, stay with the gym and eating healthy. If you have the means start to traveling internationally, see places you have always wanted to visit. This will help give you interesting thing to talk about on dates. Also when on the dates be an active listener to your date, and try not to talk about yourself excessively.

I would rather suggest you to keep improving and try to meet girls other ways than cold approaching (by mutual friends, hobby meetings, vacation trips, casual jobs). I guess it's nothing wrong to hire a sexual service, but you are still very young and I think you would prefer to manage it on your own. Sexual bar is getting higher and higher, but I believe most guys have good chances of attracting some girl if they are at their best.

Sounds life you need to work on your game, be relaxed and confident have fun with the ladies, don't over think it all too much, talk to some of your female in your life about it ie family and friends, like find out what they think is fun it what is attractive about guys.

In answer to your question, there’s nothing wrong with paying for it. If you have that outlet, I think you will come across as less needy when you’re interacting with non-professional women.

If cold approach isn't working for you don't do it. The vast majority of guys don't cold approach and do just fine. Instead keep getting in shape, make some friends, meet women through your social circle, and get social at school. You don't have to tell women you are a virgin, that is private information you can keep to yourself. I don't oppose sex work as long as its safe and consensual, just try not to get into any legal trouble.

The fact you dont have friends is bizarre despite you claiming to do things like dancing or fixing cars. These kind of activities lend themselves to socializing and meeting people who have similar interests. Nobody begins dancing or fixing cars solo, someone taught them or showed them.

Even people who have autism and learning disabilities can have friends. You have to stop making excuses. Make some friends, put in effort to reach out and meet people and establish bonds. Part of that is being proactive about asking them to do things with you. Guess what, people you try to befriend will reject you too. That’s good practice because the women you want to date will too.

The fact is your post gives off a weird loser vibe already. You have a lot going on in your life already personally, why not utilize it to meet people (including women)? Guys without friends at all dont get laid much, and those who do are likely not going to be in any healthy relationships with women.
